Tim and Kenny came out to my house and was very professional and informative. They wore shoe covers while cleaning my carpets and did a great job. I was always hesitant on using a carpet cleaning company because of past experiences with them changing prices after completing the job. That definitely did not happen in this case. The price quoted online was the price I paid. I will do business again. 5 stars 🌟

After receiving a courtesy call saying that they were on the way, Chris and Jeremy showed up on time and explained the service they were going to perform. They also recommended an enzyme cleaner, as the previous owner of the house had a dog and they suggested it would make the carpets smell better. I thought the additional fee was fair. The two service guys were very friendly, and completed all the carpet cleaning in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic Service!!!!! It has been 3 weeks (I waited to review to see if pet stains came back). Im happy to say PET STAINS ARE GONE!!!!! Carpet is as good as new. We really appreciated the work that Curtis and his assistant did today. They cleaned a recliner that lookslike new! Also a couch and matching swivel chair that are over 8 yrs old, and again look like new.We highly recommend them, and will be calling soon to have our tiled floors cleaned and grout sealed.

Ryan and Dan were here before 8AM. They were kind and informative. They did move some furniture. Upon leaving, they replaced the furniture where it belonged and asked if I needed anything else. They were gone before 8:45. Wonderful to have them in my home. Did an excellent job.

They were 2 hrs late & then rushed thru the job. They had 3 rooms w carpet to clean & 2 upholstery furnitures to .I didnot know that the carpets would take 18hrs to 24hrs to dry.that is a longtime when the little furnishings are setting out side.David & Kevin were polite & pleasant & very hard workers.

First off, they answered the phone with a human, & confirmed the online price, that I had calculated. Two others we called prior, both had just a voicemail...one never called back at all, & other one, after a day & a half finally called-back, later---too late.At Stanley Steemer, she gave me the appointment times available, & we booked it, on Friday.Right after the call, I already received an e-mail confirmation of the appointment.I got a voicemail message left for me, on Saturday, reminding me of the Monday appointment.I got a text message that they were about 30 minutes away, and on the way. Jeremy & Daniel showed up, & wore booties over their shoes, to protect the floors.They worked very well as a team, & were very professional, & efficient. They confirmed the work to be done, & the same price that was quoted...no sales up-sells, or games about the price.They started with a pre-treatment spray, & then cleaned the carpets in the three rooms, & even mopped-up the adjacent floors, from a little water over-spillage, & raked the carpet nap after.Jeremy explained their system is very powerful, & it removes 90% of the water they use to clean the carpet, & that the chemicals are all very environmentally-friendly. He said it would be dry in 4-8 hours, which it was. The carpets definitely look much better! Great Process, Service, Cleaning, professionalism, & price! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had Jeremy and Daniel work on our rocker recliner. It had not been cleaned in 6 years. There was also some glue from some velcro fasteners we used on the head cushion for a towel we fastened onto it. The men worked very hard to remove all of the velcro glue from the head cushion and left the chair very clean. The chair looked new! I am very pleased with the work that was done! Great job!

They did a great job of cleaning. but they didnt wear masks while they worked inside my home during a pandemic. so they only get 3 stars. it was rude and a total disregard for my family.

Today I had my tile and grout cleaned by your company. I have had the service done before and was totally pleased. But I have to say that todays experience was not the same. I saw a video of the procedure that your company offers and the steps were skipped in todays cleaning. I had to call back the techs and I have to say that the companies response was good. They came in and corrected the problem but the tech insisted that there was some type of wax or product on the floor. I replied that I am the first owner and that nothing had been used. after going over the floor I still found a corner that needed care and the techs response was if I expected him to do the whole closet floor by hand. this is not the response that a company with premier costumer service should give. I hope that just because I was offered a special, that this is why the service was not to its highest standers. like the old saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR

Had to have them come back as the first two individuals they sent did such a poor job. Tile floor still dirty in places and they marked up our baseboards badly with their machines. The second crew did a nice job. However, neither crew wire masks during this COVID19 mess. Their ads on TV show their workers with masks on. In our case, 4 out of 4 workers did not wear a mask.

I am quite pleased with Stanley Steemer and their choice of employees! Geoffrey & Jose came to my home, and we were impressed with their politeness and professionalism. They discussed my options for cleaning a large area rug as well, which was on an old laminate floor - not waterproof. They took it outside, cleaned it and brought it back in, eliminating all the worries I had about how to clean it. They did a lovely job on our carpets as well, and were very considerate about cleanliness and protecting everything. They asked a lot of questions up front to get a thorough understanding of my expectations and concerns, and did a wonderful job. I bought a bottle of their spot cleaner just in case, and there was no pressure to buy it- I asked Geoffrey about it, and he showed me their products. That is stellar in my books, because the last thing I want is my carpet cleaning company pressuring me to buy more, more, more. Im just thoroughly happy with the entire process, and I even had to re-schedule a few times to finally be available. The receptionists were so nice and willing to give me a new appointment, without making it seem like I was a problem- I appreciate that! I have to have my Stainmaster carpet cleaned every 1.5 years to keep my lifetime warranty, but Stanley Steemer made it affordable enough and hassle-free enough that I will get it done every year instead. I would even go as far to say I would completely trust Geoff & Jose not only to do an outstanding cleaning job without me being present, but to leave my home exactly as they found it- only cleaner!

Seems like carpet much more wet than last time it was done. Guys were friendly and knowledgeable of job just feel more water should have been removed.

The company was very responsive to my request for a second opinion about the quality of the work done by the first crew. The second crew arrived on time and inspected the initial work. They explained the cleaning process again and said that pre-vacuuming was usually done only if there was a lot of sand in the carpet. I was satisfied with their inspection, explanation, and the extra time they took to make sure the first crew had done a good job. Thank you for your time and extra effort.

Very poor job cleaning and sealing tile. Grout not completely cleaned and left puddles of water on floor for about 4 hours. Did come back two days later for redo. Waiting now for everything to dry before commenting on finished product.

I have already recommended this service to family members. None of us was aware of the importance of sealing the grout.

Cory and Daniel arrived on time to clean carpets and floors. They were professional in both dress and behavior. I liked the fact they introduced themselves as we first met. They toured the house with me noting my area of concern, then went quickly to work. The job was well done, items moved and set up off the floor to allow carpet to be cleaned and dry. They were good salesmen for Stanley, and offered an additional service which i accepted, as i did need. I would recommend the company and these gentlemen to anyone. Their professionalism impressed me.

They came today to clean my linoleum floor.Arrived on time. Gentlemen arrived with a nice greeting. Showed them the floor. Told them its filthy and I hated it....an hour later after they cleaned I hopped on top of my counter top (floor was wet) looking down at it saying, I looooove it!!! I couldnt get over the difference.I am so very pleased at the professionalism of the workers and the amazing outcome. Te carpet was left extremely wet. After it dried it didnt look much cleaner and areas looked like they were not cleaned at all. Several places previous stains were more pronounced and larger. Heavy items moved to my deck and not put back making it very difficult for me.I have used Stanley Steemer several times and this time very disappointing.I would like to say that Stanley Steemer called me immediately and responded to my issues. The staff has just left now with every thing in order and all issues resolved.I would like to thank them for their timely response and effort. Highly recommend this Ocala branch. Thanks guys

I was advised by the telephone agent that they would take care of moving the furniture. They moved some of it, but would not move the beds; even after l removed the headboards. My wife and I had to roll the beds back and forth as they cleaned the carpet. I hurt my back moving the furniture. The cleaning was OK, but I didnt expect to have to do their job, injuring my back.

The appointment making process was very easy, got one 2 days after I called, they said they would be at my house between 8am and 9, and they arrived at 8am on the dot, very professional, but friendly, got on with the job right away. My house was not dirty and the only reason I hired them was to get up the furniture marks off the carpets. Steve Olexa waited there from 1:00 pm and they never showed up till 5:00or 5:30 and we had a 1-3 window. The house was empty and I hated that he was there all that time and the marks never came up. I guess I wont do this again.

Professional, friendly and quality service performed by Ken and Angelo met all my expectations.

I called to have these people come over and clean my rugs. There are a couple of places where food has been spilled so the technician took it upon himself to walk around the house spray and some kind of liquid into the carpet. Well what it did was Fade Out the light blue carpet and made it bleached. Of course they took no responsibility for the damage they did and now I have to spend about $4,000 and get new carpeting. I asked to have a supervisor call me and no one did. Also just to do a very small spot in another bedroom they charge me a full extra room even though one of the rooms they were doing was just a very small area. I do not like these people and they dont know the meaning of customer service.

So my experience was going well until one employee who I will not name asked me to check my furniture and from about 15 feet away I could tell that there was a lot of spots that were missed and needed to be redone. The employee who I am not naming also was dripping sweat all over my furniture that I was paying a lot of money to have cleaned. He also seemed to be put out that I asked him to continue working until my furniture was clean and the spots were removed. They left a mark on my floor from a piece of their equipment which I did not appreciate. So I called the local number and spoke to someone there who Really didn’t seem phased by any of this and told me I had 10 days to call them back if necessary. So that is my experience oh also I was told that my furniture job would dry within 2 to 3 hours and it’s now seven hours or more after and the furniture is still wet.

Just ok. I was expecting better results. But didnt happen.
