Ricky and Mark arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. They installed 6 windows and their workmanship was outstanding, very clean and neat. They cleaned up after themselves. Im so disappointed with this door installation process. The lack of follow up and communication is so unprofessional. There is so much wrong that it would be easier to add pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words and these will certainly explain my extreme disappointment.

My wife and I absolutely love our new windows. They were installed last week by Mr. Marc and Mr. Patrick #206759. This is the worst company I have ever worked with! If you want a Kohler Walk In Tub this is the only companyThat installs them in southern Florida. Laid down protective coverings on the floor, and got to work immediately. they demoed out the old tub and kept the dust to a bare minimum, very neat and clean. had the new walk in tub in nd complete by mid afternoon. it was a great looking install, and everything works great. very happy with the Install team, their professionalism and their cleanliness.

Ryan, who was our Sales Rep, was also very informative. He kept us advised of everything from start to finish. Will be checking with estate lawyer for other options. was there when he got estimate and he thought was 11,000 dollars not 19,000 plus for changing tub only. ill follow up with Kohler also.

We just purchased two Kohler walk-in tubs from West Shore Homes. From the first visit of the saleslady to the completion by the installers we could not be more satisfied. Kristina, the saleslady, was on top of her game and answered every question we had. We had scheduled a visit the next day from American Standard but was so impressed with her knowledge of the Kohler walk-in tub that we cancelled the visit. We were told it would take 6-10 weeks for installation, but here it is two weeks later, and the installation is complete. Not enough can be said about the installers, Rich, Jay, Brian, & Paul (not to mention the two electricians). They showed up on time, were very courteous, and completed both bathtubs in one day (it was supposed to take two). The installation was flawless (see pictures) and they cleaned up everything afterwards. We could not be more pleased and are looking for to enjoying these walk-in tubs for the years to come. They called when they got stuck behind an accident, and let me know the time of arrival. Very likeable guys; worked efficiently, and very conscious of me working in my office right next to the bathroom. The job was professionally done. After the 24 hour wait and I stepped in my new shower is then I realized my shower was made smaller in size. As nice as it looks I am not a happy camper with reducing the size of the shower. My husband gave a five star review but in my heart of hearts I can not. The worker was very professional I will not take that from them. So my review is a little different. I loved my shower the size it was and I love the new look not the new size.

Tyler and Jake installed our bath tub yesterday (job # 175847). They arrived on time (at 9am) and were done at 3:30pm. They worked hard, were very professional and did a fantastic job!! The tub looks awesome! We are very happy with how it turned out.

The COVID-19 VIRUS Pandemic caused delays with receiving materials needed for my job, and an area manager intervened to manage my order. M0y new shower install was completed on 7/22/21, in one day as promised, and the workman (Reiniel and Jhonny) were very professional.

Andrew my salesperson did an excellent job. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I like people that are easy to deal with and not pushy. The door is beautiful. Sam and Marcus were on time and very professional. Courteous and friendly. 100% happy for the overall service of the job. That is the type of people i want to deal with. And that’s the honest truth.

Tyler and Shane did the work (installing a new shower) we contracted for. They arrived on time, worked assiduously, were very courteous, and did a fine in our remodel.. They cleaned up after the work was done and explained our warranty and proper cleaning procedures. They both deserved my five star review!

Had a tub to shower replacement. Sales guy Brian Meseroll was great. Installers Travis and Andre were excellent. Giving a 5 star review in hopes that the installers get their bonus as they were excellent.My only complaint is with Customer service and ability to reach the person you need to speak with wasn’t great. Telephone tagging and leaving messages, very timeConsuming and frustrating.

Very professional and perfect for our needs

We have had an excellent experience working with West Shore Home for our new window installation. The salesman, Ryan was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. The windows are high quality and beautiful when installed. Our installation crew (Bob King, Austin Skeen, Mark Mainville, Marcos Bell and Patrick Banks) was able to complete the installation of windows in our entire house in one day (twenty windows). The crew was professional, polite, clean, courteous and explained everything during the process. They made the installation a breeze! We would definitely do business with West Shore again and highly recommend them for your window needs.
