My husband and I bought our starter home some years ago and decided to upgrade our master bathroom. I called and scheduled a home visit and received a reasonable estimate within days. Neil listened to us, and was professional in his suggestions. A few weeks later, our bathroom is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! We plan on doing a few more upgrades in the future, and I will be utilizing Neil’s superb services, for sure!

Very professional over the phone, showed up when he said he would, but never heard from him after that. Was very disappointed since I turned down another handyman because I really liked Neil and felt he would do a good job based on conversation, and knowledge I could tell he had. No physical work done to base review off of.

I just called the number on the website to get help on home repair but instead I got an obnoxious man who called me a scammer and cussed at me multiple times. I called twice and couldn’t get a business-like response both times. There was no business negotiations due to the ill-mannered phone receptionist.
