Nice place. The wait can be a little long, but these guys know what theyre doing. Radio is always playing oldies too, which is always cool.

Nick is the best Barber I’ve gone to, and I’ve travelled extensively visiting barbershops the world over. -I wouldn’t even consider ever changing. Cuz is also an excellent Barber and does excellent high quality work. Appreciate that they are here in Ocala and pay them well for their barbering skills, they are certainly worth the wait. Having a positive attitude and being a MAN will also increase your odds of having a good experience. This is the last of the real tonsorial parlor barbershops.

Great place! Skilled at what they do. This is the ONLY barber shop for me. Be patient. The wait can be a while. Be ready for shop talk and the time will pass quickly. When its your turn, you will get the same diligence and attention to detail as all before you. They are great barbers.

Nick has been cutting my hair and beard for around 3 years now. Outstanding talent. Cuz is very good also. Old time barber shop feel but they also do modern cuts. I started going to Nicks because he knows how to trim a beard.

I have been coming here for more then a year. Keep going up in price. Today was told $40 for a skin fade. I arrive at 7:15a. No one was around. Barber opens the door and set another person in the chair and says thanks for the coffee. Wow! I can’t stand favoritism. I will not becoming to this place again!

I always come here for my haircut. The staff is laid back. But professional, they get busy. So you can be waiting for a little bit.

Knowing this was a walk in barbershop, I arrived around 9 am, and there was 2 customers (2 barbers)in the chair and 1 waiting, so I sat down and assumed it would be 15-30 minute wait. After 30 minutes 1 barber finished and just left, with 2 customers waiting to have haircuts. With that barber leaving, it would be a at least 30 minutes till I was up. Since another customer was in front of me, 30 minute haircut, it would be over an hour of waiting to get a haircut. If your wait time for a haircut is that ridiculous, maybe think about appointments.My normal barber takes appointments, unfortunately they are moving to California, so I need to find another barber.

If you want the best fade in town, I strongly suggest Nicks. Cuz cuts my hair and he’s the best barber I’ve been able to find in Ocala. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. I’ve never been disappointed with my hair. Fun, relaxed atmosphere with great service. If you’re unhappy with your fade... go check them out. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I went in last Monday and cuz was the only one there, so there was a wait, but well worth it. He gave me one of the best flat tops Ive ever had. Will definitely go back there again when Im in Ocala.

As a walk in my experience with this shop was a great experience. Earlier that day I went to a couple of different barber shops and was ignored. (I dont think they appreciated walk ins.) However as soon as I walked in Josh helped me and let me know thered be a bit of a wait since he was taking care of a costumer that had booked an appointment. After Josh was finished with his costumer he was more than happy to help me. He did a wonderful job and made me feel at ease. Im always a bit too nervous when anyone does anything with my hair with how many bad cuts i have under my belt. He only touched up my neckline but he did an amazing job. If you need a barber that will take his time and give you a professional cut, Josh is your man. Also I hope they post more photos of their shop soon because the shop is Beautiful! and is such a little gem!

Wow what an experience! I was visiting from Charleston had to do an oil change next door and managed to get a walk in appointment. Best haircut I have had. The barbershop has some great vintage displays but more importantly the barbers are top drawer. If I’m ever back in town this will be a must to visit.

Waited 2 hours ...walked out ....the place is amazing but the wait was ridiculous ..7 people waiting one guy cutting hair ...the other barber was sitting in a chair not cutting hair ....

My first straight razor shave..always wanted to do one. Great sitting under the hot towel and listening to the Jazz music and New Orleans feel bantering. Got a nice haircut too. Great treat to finally splurge and get a shave.

Read an article in the paper about the shop and Nick. I decided to try it out. Believe me, I was not disappointed. Nick and Cuz were what I used to expect at a barber shop. Professionalism, great conversation and above all, a tremendous haircut. As a newcomer, they introduced themselves and treated me as family. Although the shop is out of the way for me, I can say that they have made me a return customer.

I am from out of town, so I check the internet for reviews to find a classic barber shop. Found this shop with great reviews. So headed there and went into the shop. I was the fourth in line. There were two barbers. So thought it wouldnt take long to get my hair cut. Well, the first barber finished the client in his chair. Then the second barber finished his client. So far so good get my hair cut and get going.The first barber started on the first in line.The second barber went through the next two in an hour! Now my turn, the barber went out the shop door and the other barber told me to take a seat in the chair and he would be right back. I sit in the chair for 10 minutes - no barber! The first barber is STILL working on the first client - one hour! I finally said screw it and got up and left! I told the now six guys in line good luck on getting a hair cut!The two slowest barbers I have ever seen!!If you are from out of town stay away from this barber shop!!!

Been going to these guys for a year now and wont go anywhere else. Sometimes there might be a wait but if you want quality service the wait is worth it not to mention the barbershop comedy helps pass the time.
