My car was sold to me by Carlos, he is a great guy and made purchasing my first car very smooth and easy. A couple months later I was having issues and he responded to me on his day off in the most helpful way he could despite having no control over the situation. I would 10/10 recommend buying your first & next car from him.

I bought my Passat from Volkswagen this month and I love it! I take it everywhere. It is my daily driver. They are always quick too, when I ask them questions.They also have all sorts of models to choose choose from. Rachael was my sales woman and she knows everything about these cars. I thought I needed a SUV but she made me realize that it was not practical for my daily commute. They are great and I recommend anybody to go see her!

We had almost given up buying a new - used car. We had visited and contacted many other dealerships and the lack of customer service at the OTHER dealers was appalling. The low inventory at the other dealerships made the salesperson treat us like they didnt care about us, nor did they care if we bought the vehicle or not if we didnt buy it at their over inflated price the next person would. Then by chance I ran across a used car at Volkswagen of Ocala. I contacted them by email and immediately I received a call from Rachael. We lived almost two hours away and I couldnt make it to the dealer until the following evening. Rachel followed up with me, answered my questions and she even took initiative to take a detailed video inside and outside of the vehicle and sent it to me by text. Rachel knew I was worried about making the drive and then finding out the pictures on the website were hiding something that would be a deal killer. In the video she highlighted all the options and accessories. When I talked price Rachael went to bat for us! The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and at a fair price. I told Rachael I would be in the following day, and she texted me that she would have the vehicle up front and ready for us to look at. We showed up and Rachael took the time to show us the vehicle and to test drive it. From there it was simple to complete the sale. Sam Strom and the general manager Mike did a great job helping us out with our new purchase of a 2018 Atlas. They went above and beyond to help make the experience as easy as possible and we got a great deal in return.We had a small issue with the vehicle that we had purchased and when we brought it back they did more than expected. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make things right. I purchased my vehicle Aug 2021. The car purchasing process is in a unique state. VW of Ocala worked to earn my business. Rachel remained in constant contact without being overbearing. It’s a fine line between assisting and pushy and Rachel navigated it well. VW of Ocala worked to get me the best pricing they could on the vehicle. There just is not a lot of incentives in the world we live in right now. Ones credit score really is a much larger roll in achieving savings. The finance manager worked to get me the best rate for my credit score and I am very pleased at my rate. If you’re considering a VW this dealership will work within their parameters to earn your business. That all being said, Rachel spent a good deal of time after the sale with me assisting with the features of the car. The Digital Dash is very robust. There are many tweaks and menus one must learn to navigate. Rachel took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the menus and settings. Her time was appreciated.

I called in to have some issues with my car dealt with. While on the phone I decided to talk with someone in sales about possibly trading my car or selling it to them so I can get into something with less issues. I was transferred to Victor who at first seemed reasonable. That is until he stopped our conversation to tell me to “do him a favor” and consult my husband about trading my vehicle and about the price difference a larger vehicle would bring. It absolutely disgusted me that Victor assumed and implied that I am not capable of making vehicle or financial decisions for myself, and to assume that my husband’s finances have anything to do with my own. I hope he doesn’t degrade the women in his life the way he just tried to degrade me. Women are, in fact, capable of doing things themselves, Victor.

I went in for a simple oil change on my vehicle before a family road trip, the technician stripped the threads on the oil pan. The service advisor tried to assist me but the service manager refused to get me an equivalent loaner even after the advisor explained the situation. I was told I could take what the offered or nothing. Absolutely horrible treatment of a customer especially being the dealership caused the issue during the initial service. My new only option is to go rent a vehicle of equal size or cancel the trip. I would not recommend anyone to go there for a service.

I bought my Civic SI from VW of Ocala and it was a great experience. I was helped by Victor and he couldnt have been better. Had an oil change coupon from them on line but they said it wasnt for my vehicle, even though the coupon did not specify a vehicle.Charged me a hundred dollars to tell me the problem I needed fixed was going to cost four hundred to fix.Never again. Ill drive back to my mechanic in CT.

A little less than two weeks ago I lost my 38 year old husband to covid. In what has already been a terrible time I am shocked and appalled that this business lets people use their social media accounts to “spy” on others. The other evening I got a follow request from Volkswagen of Ocala on my Instagram. I felt it was odd and blocked the request, as I neither own a Volkswagen nor live in Ocala or anywhere close.It was an employee using it to see I’m not sure what on my social media page. I emailed the general manager with no response. This is appalling and I am shocked that a business such as this allows this to go on. You would think that in times such as these there would be a tighter hold on employees and some accountability for actions such as this.I am already grieving at a terrible loss. How is this okay?
