Only speaking for Linda. She was great and talkative. I love my nails. When the sun came directly over me, but not her, she immediately went to get an umbrella and blocked the din even though I didnt even really care. Its the thought that counts. Pics are attached. Color is 580. Shape is coffin.

Today I came as a walk in for a pedi, they werent that busy so I waited. As I was waiting I saw 3 pedicure chairs side by side that had a towel and used paper that came out of a previous customers toes on each foot rest.The worker said dhe was ready for me and another customer. Before I sat down I asked are you going to spray off/clean the chair or anything. She had a bit of an attitude, told me then I would have to have a seat so she could clean, this was all while the water was running for me. I asked this because 2 of the chairs I literally saw the previous customers get up when they were done and no cleaning took place, only the removal of the towel and used paper.I told her this wasnt clean and I wouldnt be getting a pedicure. This just lets me know they dont clean there products, Im concerned and wont be back.

Everyone does good work, definitely one of my favorite nail shops on Grand Ave ! Highly recommended if your looking for a great nail shop

I am pleased with service and the outcome of my nails. I love the color that Megan recommended to go along with the spider designs I wanted. The shop is super clean and the staffs are very friendly. Yes its beautiful inside it was what caught my attention. I came here with my daughter for my birthday and although there gals there were okay Im not pleased with my nails for my pedicure I spent $200 there for me and my daughter to get her nails done into pedicures and not even two weeks later my daughter has broke three nails and mine are on the verge of falling off and spend about a week after my daughter breaking her nails. I wish I would have went somewhere else

Although the place and the staff was nice and welcoming. You cant help but feel annoyed when they talk in their native language and it just feels that they are talking about you and some negative way. With the exception of all the other ladies there was just one that was the most annoying stop. Giving her opinion when it wasnt asked or needed I almost went off on her

I really wanted to like this place. It’s clean and spacious. However, the gel manicure and the regular pedicure was done with little attention and done poorly. For the cost, I’d rather go to one of the other places in the area that pay more attention to detail and customer service.

The women at the front desk was so so rude and frankly racist. She calls the staff by numbers not their names. When you go give a tip, she says: which number! She ignored us when we entered, even though we called in advance, our name wasn’t on the list. She was so rude and impatient. I would never go back. The poor staff, I feel terrible they have to work for someone so unprofessional.

Used to love this place. Sad to see their customer service decline so much. I won’t be going back.The “contact us” function on their website wasn’t working so I couldn’t even let them know how they could improve. Doesn’t seem like they care much at all.

The remodel is very nice - a much needed update to the salon. Disappointed to hear the points system is gone (cant redeem anything) and they wont accept the gift cards that were purchased at Christmas. Making an appointment can be tough; unreliable when it comes to answering phones. Same good service for manicure and pedicure.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. Good manicure and pedicure service. I don’t get gel or anything else faux. In fact, I often get a natural buffed manicure. The ladies are nice and a good balance between personal attention and efficiency. I’ve tried many other nail shops and this is my go to, including for my wedding and special occasions. They don’t tell you one price then ask for more at the end. The price of the service is set. Gratuity is separate...which is standard at salons! Typically I’ll have two manicurists at a time. One for the mani, and one for the pedi. I’ll keep coming here!

The ladies at this nail shop are amazing. Service is always with a smile and they engage their customers. The rewards program is easy to keep up with and the shop is always clean.

I love the sign in system! You can see who is ahead of you- no being told to wait for a questionable amount of time. Mani pedi was okay, not great, but they didnt put me in the pedi chair then leave me like lots of busy places. Ill go back.

I came in around 2pm in the afternoon on a Friday asking for a full set and they said We dont have time for a full set today really? Its not even packed. You close at 7pm and you dont have time for a full set? Well thanks for letting me know never to come here again cause you dont got time youre a walk-in and appointment nail shop, but you dont got time

Got charged twice, honest mistake. Close at 7 BUT take last person at 6. So, technically they close at 6 pm NOT 7.

Went for mani pedi & got great pedi & half hearted mani.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A NEARBY NAILSHOP WHO WILL PROBABLY BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND AT THE VERY LEAST, APPRECIATIVE.The store itself is beautiful, nail colors beautiful, but it ends there. My experience was less than happy. I chose this salon because a while back, I used to come here and the ladies were always nice, and I remembered they used to use new supplies each time. I thought it would be nice also to continuously patronize the businesses down the street from my house. However, Thing have definitely changed, and I wont be back. Worse, I considered purchasing their buy 3 get 1 free mani pedi combo special, but after being treated the way I was, Im glad I tried it before obligating myself to have to come there 3 more times, and/or exposing anyone else to their unprofessional behavior.1.) I had to ask the technician several times to please paint my whole nail(to which she had an attitude the whole time), once she even threw my hand onto the other table after painting. 5 hours later, my manicure is already chipping, and I have to paint over it with Sallys strengthening coating.2.)She pretty much demanded a tip at the beginning, to which I gave both of them a tip in the beginning, and they never once said thank you, and just left me at the end and just moved on to the next customer. She didnt offer sandals or even remove the tissue from between my toes. I had to ask for these things to please get done. If you must go to this salon, tip at the very end only.3.) Literally my nail technician had bad energy/attitude the entire time(and seemingly wanted me to know it), continuously rough-housed my manicure to which I had to ask her nicely to, please be gentle. She made it clear that she was not about the customer service lifestyle.4.)MOST IMPORTANTLY: They dont use new pedicure supplies, and I never saw her clean her supplies when she moved on to the next customer next to me. People are at high risk for foot fungus or other bacteria.5.)Bottom line: They cut corners, and even when I spoke with the manager she didnt seem all too concerned with it. Again the shop is pretty, but whats inside gets ugly if you are willing to pay attention.Spiritual Sidenote: I even came home went to sleep and had my first set of nightmares in a very very long time. Bad energy in that salon for real. So bad the energy actually transferred.

The sign says they closes at 7pm. I walked in at 6:45p to no greeting and for them to tell me they close early sometimes. If theyre gonna close early, then the sign should say so.

Used to love this place, but depending on the day, staff can seem moody and unwelcoming.

This shop is terrible dont ever get your nails done here no customer service the manger is clueless and in professional they are racist and I was treated unfairly the pedicure was so terrible I didnt want anymore service from them please dont be fooled by the neighborhood over priced and the service is bad
