My experience was Wild the guy there with his hip hop swag called me dumb! I played it cooled and laugh it off. The way Christopher talks to paying customers is out outrageous and disrespectful trying so hard to be Hip Hop he sounds crazy.

This laundromat is clean, plenty washers, dryers and places to fold your laundry. There are a few benches where you can sit while waiting for your items to wash/dry. They have a small parking lot for customers.

I have been going to this laundromat ever since I was a little kid. This place is very clean, its a big space with lots of machines and places to fold clothes, chairs to sit at, even a vending machine for a snack, restroom, a parking space, and very kind workers. Supporting our local businesses. ^_^

East Bay Laundry is a place to be, very neat, lovely and caring Staff. There Machines are very efficient

Always friendly and clean.

Please stay with your machine after it started. Have your phone ready to record. Some machines are broken with Low Fill Error message. Your clothes will be damp and unwashed. For example, machine #29 has this issue while I washing my load. I have notified the staff multiple occasions of the low or no water in the machine. The person ignored and said it is okay even after I showed her the damp clothes with detergent still on them.

I came here because I saw the great reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised to find them all true and more!! My experience today was seeing a nice parking lot for laundry customers, very clean and big with lots of machines and a very helpful nice staff!! My clothes came out nice and clean and also nice and dry!! Next time Im working in Oakland and need laundry done Ill be back here for sure!! Thank you East Bay Laundry!!

I was watching my clothes in the washer and I saw that there was barely water in the washer. I called the person who was working and he said to me that I loaded too much clothes. I’ve been loading the same amount of clothes each week. They just don’t want to be blame for their broken machine. In addition some of their dyers are not hot enough and when you tell them that it might be broken, they say “you don’t put enough” when I actually put $1.50 cents. These people just want to make money and run business in a bad way.

Its a good place if you want to get your laundry done. Just make sure you have your laundry done ahead of time. They tend to get antsy towards closing time, which is annoying, but no one likes late shoppers, or arrivals, so make sure to get there with at least 2-3 hrs before closing.

The machines at this laundromat Work great and theres a variety of different sizes to use.

Machines are kept in good condition and there is always staff on duty to make change and assist you if you have a problem with a machine (though, I havent had a machine malfunction). I would give 5 stars if they had an ATM so I dont have to go to the bank first.

Do not come here!!!Ive been washing Here for almost a year and the staff is terribly rude and money hungry. My experience went a little like this my husband and I were washing as usual and mind you he keeps our coins in his shirt pocket, I got thirsty so he went to get me a Gatorade from the vending machine and as he was reaching down the coins fell out of his pocket, then staff comes in and tries to take all his coins saying that he stole them and that the Gatorade belongs to their establishment!! How rude right !!So she follows him to where I was and starts screaming at him and takes the Gatorade. We insisted for her to look at the cameras but she said That she already did lol what a liar. Anywho they lost us and many others too lol they also have roaches in the bathroom 🙅🏼

This laundry is clean as others have said but there is a problem with the dryers temp settings. I put a synthetic gym bag in a the lowest setting and the dryer got so hot it melted the bag. I brought it to the woman who worked on the day shift and I told her the dryer was to hot and it ruined my bag. She just shook her head and said No, you had dryer setting to hot. Your fault, we no pay. When I asked for the owners contact number she wouldnt give it to me and told me to come back at night. When I spoke to the owner the next day she gave me the run around too and wouldnt cover the cost of the bag which was around $20. Bottom line, their dryers will destroy any fabric that is nylon or polyester even at low settings. Youve been warned.
