I think this Place is Better than 65% of the Laundry mats on the east side of the bay. I’ve been noticing the difference since I have to use them at this moment. Glad to have them here. It is an advantage to do laundry whatever time or place that you have at that situation

Never been here but they let someone use my stolen credit card number twice- for a total of about $100 in one hour. Boo.

We put our laundry in one washer, it broke, we had to haul our laundry into a second machine, which also broke. Asked for a refund but didnt want to sit there waiting for the manager to return the attendants phone call (why cant the attendant just refund us?) with our soaking wet clothes growing mold as other peoples machines started to break, too. So we lost money and hauled our damp clothes to Piedmont Ave, where things work. Worst laundromat experience of my life.

A woman named Lorraine who apparently works there punched me in the face for not turning out the bathroom light. The police have been informed but watch out because as of now she is still working there. So for now I would avoid this place like the plague.

Tammy was the attendant tonight. She went above and beyond. Running around cleaning the lent traps and all. We will be back my laundromat experience was better than expected. Considering Im having to do laundry at 2am.

Its open 24 hours, an attendant keeps it clean, its well lit and the people who go there at night are families and regular hard working people getting their laundry done. No craziness just friendly folks.

Great place to do laundry, its clean and machines work, there is attendant who cleans and unlocks the bathroom for you. I m usually there late sunday night and its safe, ppl there seem regular working ppl and families, i never saw any craziness. Yeah the space is tight, but that means more washers and no waiting in line :) Yeah parking lot is small, thats the city, unfortunately, this place is centrally located.

I would be lost without this place. There are always machines available, there is parking right in front, its open 24hrs and there is a 711 next door and many places to eat close by.

Open 24 hours which is extremely helpful. Location is convenient and theres a 7-11 next door. The quarter game is hell of fun!!

Wash and fold service is a good value. They have a real lack of a point of sale system, though. They would give me $15 change in the form of loose quarters. Weird, right?

Been here several times, its safe, clean 24hrs and to top it all off it runs about half the cost as anyplace else Ive been. I dont hide my name and review good and bad, this place is the top. for extra 50c per load it runs extra rinse cycle and longer wash cycle. Machines are state of the art front loaders and well kept. Full time attendant and 7eleven next door

No security on a really rough parking lot... if ya wanna get thing stolen do ur laundry here!!! The lack of security is cheap business choice... thats a scary place to do laundry the homeless begging all the time I would give them no stars as they cant protect customers

Its the only one like it, and I need it. Open 24 hours is so handy.. I can get everything handled at home, kids and guy in bed, and I handle rhe rest of my business. There are always washers available, and preheated dryers. The dryers run hot, at least that has been my experience. The only.thing Ive ever had any issues with is the parking lot... its tight if you have a bunch of stuff.

Wow. I cant believe how rude that lady was. And she expects me to give her my money??? I was gathering my clothes and soap witch was obvious​, as it was all visible in the drivers seat. She walks up to the drivers seat (Im by the trunk) to tell me I have 5 min to move my car and I said, Im gathering my soap and linens in witch she replied, yeah, right! What are you blind? You dont see the giant bag of dirty clothes and my huge bottle of Tide? All within a few moments of parking. This lady needs a new job. Although I already put a portion of my clothing in the washer, Im taking my stuff out and leaving.

Great laundromat thats open late!

This is the only laundromat that had multiple good reviews, so I had to check it out for myself. Came on a Friday around noon and I was able to find available washers. Didnt see more then 1 machine (out of the 60) that was out of order. The attendant was friendly and asked if I had any questions. The 7 11 next door had small detergent and fabric softener (which saved me a trip to Walgreens or Target). Oh and free wifi that is accessible even from the comfort of your car!! This place is my go to fo sho.

New machines. Observed one of the drop-off laundry staff (female) make comments about customers laundry. Small parking lot. so customers occasionally double park behind cars.
