Maryanne has been my hairstylist for the past 5 years. Everything shes ever done grows and fades beautifully, so you know the lifetime of the style is thoughtfully taken into account.Shes dyed my dark hair rainbow, teal/purple/blue, and burgundy all at my request for great prices. Last time she did an amazing perm and side undercut on my growing out bleached hair. Its the best hairstyle Ive ever had, and she gave me great advice on how to maintain it.

Came here right after work to get a cut. I was greeted with pizazz, sat down immediately (walk-in), and went through the most incredible transformation with a precise cut from the owner. I feel she used what I had and made it better and I like it even more now on the second day, which to me signals that MaryAnne cuts for the everyday, not just the moment.Notable experiences: offered refreshments, given a gift, complimented, entertained, loved.It’s a yes from me, dawg.

I was in the neighborhood and just stopped in for a walk in haircut. Maryanne did an amazing job. Everyone here is super friendly and pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable!

I came in here on a whim, The place looked fun and welcoming, I was greeted by 3 smiling faces who seemed to be happy to see me. I told them I was interested in a trim and I selected 1 of the 3 ladies to direct me to sit down. I could tell she loved what she does and was a great listener as she repeated back to me what she heard I wanted.Best walk in haircut EVER! I will be backKeep up the great work!FYI - I noticed rave reviews all over yelp for this place however 1 stuck out that was not nice, after reading it I noticed this same person gave another bad review for another salon almost word for word what she said about this one and the same day gave a great review for another salon. I find it impossible to believe. I would wonder if this person was for real since all the posts here are great. just something to think about. I give ***** 5 stars *****

The woman who cut my hair kept making not so subtle advances on me even though she was old enough to be my mother and I told her I have a girlfriend. Most awkward (and longest) haircut of my life. If that wasnt bad enough, she also refused to use clippers on me and only used scissors, which is why it took so long. When she finally finished, an hour later, I was left with a completely different haircut than what I asked for. It was the first time in my life I left no tip. I could have done a better job myself and would have avoided the harassment as well.

Great cut, great price! I needed a quick cut to get me ready for job interviews. Louis the Barber fit me in and did a great job. The shop has style and Louis was fun to talk with.

I have been coming here every month for a long time. Louie gives incredibly detailed mens cuts. He is easy going and fun to talk with. Louie also has an artistic sensibility where he intuitively knows how to shape hair for your head.The place is a family owned business with great decor and fair prices. Park on Chabot for free parking.

I needed just a small fix to my haircut and was super happy to have it done here in 15 minutes, friendly stuff and a nice easy place.
