I went in for an insurance appraisal on a Thursday being told I would have an email quote ASAP. The following Thursday I called to follow up and enquire but they said they would call me back the next day. After not hearing from them that day again I called on Monday for them to tell me they dont have the time to do it. The staff were lovely at first but wasted two weeks of my time and made commitments they ultimately didnt fulfil.
