Chase my service manager was very helpful. He even gave me his cell phone number. The repair took three visits. First to order the part then to replace the latch. Then when it would not work they realized it was the actuator. I didnt like paying for the latch but they didnt keep the old one and they gave me a slight discount on the time involved. So Im okay with it
Never any pressure to do more than what is advised for my car. No major complaints after about 8 visits.
