This company did the installation on my new home (hired by the builder not me) In terms of my dealings with them it was to do repairs and get a quote to fix a window that was never installed properly. They are not responsive, they sent someone to the house a few weeks ago, I was told by the person that came that the windows and doors were installed incorrectly, One of the glass doors had the glass installed backwards, none of my doors or windows were sealed upstairs, and after finally sending someone to give me a quote / estimate (which I was prepared to pay was not asking for any discount) I followed up Monday and told it was coming and today I followed up again and asked if it was still coming or did I need to go somewhere else and was told Unless you can live with being in the back burner until I finish my large projects then yes. We are booked out until March I will never do business with these people again. This is just the short version of the story.

They were great to work with. On schedule with very pleasant workers. If I needed impact windows again, Iwould definitely use them. Fair price and reliable. Thanks, Chris.

Terrible installation. Product middle of the road. Advise against using this company. Did not install plumb nor level in opening. Door knobs already showing signs of rust.

Very happy to find this company. I wanted new hurricane impact windows for my condo in Oakland Park. I have 4 windows and a sliding door. Other companies either didnt call me back or asked for too much money. This company offered me a good price and they were quick. Thank you.

I had my windows replaced by Latitude. Great service. They are very professional and friendly. Im replacing my sliding doors next year and definitely using them.

Worst experience ever. Latitude windows is a very unprofessional company I have been talking to them since November trying to get an order in for to set of doors today is December 11 and the order is still not being processed. Mike and Chris have very bad attitudes with their customers. I tried calling and speaking to them about this and all they did was give me attitude talk nasty to me even told me to go elsewhere. Now from what I know customer service is number one priority and these guys don’t see it that way they see it as they have a lot of work and they don’t care if you go with them or not. Do not invest with this company they will make you wait you’re gonna have to wait a long time for them to get estimates to you for them to go and measure the doors for them to get you paperwork to place the order now I have to start my procedure all over because of their unprofessionalism. They will soon be closed down. Better business bureau will hear about this from me

If this is such a reputable company why are they forcing people to sign their contracts under duress of being sued by the co-op association. According to the last BOD minutes: “The PBSA Corporation has contracted Lattitude Windows and Door Inc. to install hurricane compliant windows and doors.” When owners explained they already contracts with other companies, the reply from the president of the BOD of Palm Beach Shores Apartments stated: “Any owner that is not under contract with latitude windows by the 15th of July, will be turned over to the attorney. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will also be responsible for all legal fees. As they say, you can tell it to the judge”. (Yes this is the type of person Chris decides to do business with.) It has all the appearance of an illegal partnership. I plan on reporting this situation to the BBB Serving Southeast Florida & the Caribbean on Monday morning (7/9).

I am updating this and giving 1 star because Nick and Compos were fantastic!!Unfortunately, the owner, Michael completely let them down and I will never recommend this company again!!

Terrible customer service. I agree with other reviews, Mike has very bad and unprofessional attitude with customers.
