They are very nice very helpful Ive been going there for years if they dont have it they get it. I bought two balance rods for heavy duty window at another parts place they were $80 for two of them. They didnt have anymore so I went to Foster and they were $15 each. Which is where they should be in the ballpark.

Great Husband and Wife Team. They completed a whole Hurricane Window Replacement Building Project back in February and March for our 36 Unit Building in King Point Clairmont. They were both very professional, hardworking and the window quality looks beautiful! I found Susan (wife) and Jim (husband) very pleasant to work with. At the moment, it is raining pretty hard, and no leaks! Thank you, both Susan and Jim, for doing a job well done!

Small family owned company. Provided good service and quality installation on impact glass and solid front door. Prices are very reasonable. Because they are a small local business- they do not have a showroom but they are very helpful in getting you the quality product you need and want. I would recommend them!

Run dont walk away from this company!!I ordered Window parts back in December 2017 for my Florida rental property. I was informed at that time the order would take about five or six weeks. After about 2 months I called to ask what in the world ever happened with my window order. I was told at that time they didnt really know why things were taking so long. They were just waiting for the parts but they should be in soon because its never taken this long.When the month of March rolled around I started calling again and no answer. Then I would email them and no answer. That repetition of calling and emailing and kept going on and on. I then reached out to the window installer who was actually going to do the job. She works for an entirely different company. I asked did she know anything about Foster window and why in the world they werent even responding. She replied by saying oh my God Im going out of my mind with these people. Ive got a lot of orders and none of them are coming in and they wont answer my phone calls. Once I heard that I called Fosters and I left them a message letting them know I had waited long enough and that was going to cancel my order and call my credit card company and ask them to refund the charge. Suddenly that got them to call me back. But only to say when you called us back in February you canceled the job then. I responded immediately by saying no I didnt. I simply told you back in February just let me know when the order comes in. She repeated herself by saying you canceled the job, we never charged her credit card goodbye and she hung up on me. Sure enough I checked and I dont see that they ever did charge my card. But what they did do was waste three months of my time waiting for an order I could have actually ordered from a legitimate company and had them in my hands.No excuse in this world for not answering your phone, or at least returning your phone calls or certainly returning your emails. Theres too many window companies out there to do business with one like this.
