We were lucky to make it to this store just thirty minutes before closing yesterday. We needed our car battery tested ASAP after needing to be jumped twice. This was my first time going to this Autozone and the employees were nothing short of attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was a Brazilian lady by the name of Paola who was so personable and helped me through every step of the process.My car (2012 Chevy Malibu) wasn’t starting and I thought it was the alternator or the starter and she was so helpful in guiding me to fix the issue. She offered to charge the battery and after one hour we found out that my battery was dead!Paola was working in the back and stopped what she was doing to assist me and garnered the help of her coworker Salvador to help me install a new battery. Salvador and Paola were the best in this stressful time for me. I would recommend this store for anyone who is looking for great service! 5 stars!

I came in with a work truck with a dead battery late on Friday. The manager was great and quickly changed my battery. The terminal was corroded and broke as he removed it. What time does this store open, I’m here at 8 at it says they open at 7:30 but they’re still close.

We had a mechanic just fix an issue with our 02 Honda Accord costing us $600!! We knew what was initially wrong with the car by taking it to AutoZone and having done the diagnostic test..Not 2 weeks later, the check engine light comes back on and we take it back to AutoZone and the same exact issue shows up. So I went Inside and asked a gentleman named Jonathan at store 1264 to explain exactly what that part does. Well not only did Jonathan explain in full detail but he came outside and showed my partner and I how easy it was to fix ourselves and if we needed help he would help us. So thanks to Johnathan we know more now than we did before. That man is (to me..) employee of the year! Best customer service ever from AUTOZONE.

My vehicle was driving with less power. I figured I should have my battery charged. I was helped by a pleasant young lady Margaret. She was very knowledgeable and even cleaned off the battery terminals and allowed me to use the store tools to remove the battery. The charge was fairly quick and my vehicle runs a lot better. After having the dealership remove the locking lug nuts from my Jeep Wrangler the dealership neglected to replace the removed items. I drove to Autozone and Jesús helped me find matching ones even though the computer indicated one that was the wrong size. He even helped me select a new tire iron so I could install the new lug nuts right away. He was very friendly, helpful and professional.
