Seems pretty good compared to other reviews.2 times Ive brought a truckload of construction waste and they have been helpful unloading and very friendly.Maybe some ppl are just @$$h0les & get treated accordingy.

They take one can leave the rest for maggots to grow. Dont care if you have more trash than what fits in their can .

What is the point of having the “inconvenience” center open til 6 when the certain dumpster aren’t available? There is probably a reason why people come to the dump after 5. It’s called having a job! The services at this place are have been worthless the few times I have have been there. They miss your trash at your residence and you can’t dump until after 10 am? What’s the point of being open?

I am surprised how well maintained this one dump is. Unlike WCoT Anderson County, this is facility separates aluminum, glass, and cardboard, mulch/wood in their own containers.There is a sign posted, For Oak Ridge Residents Only but I clearly did not follow it.

First time there. It was confusing and messy. Once you found the signs they were specific and people still cant follow directions. I wish people who use the recycling facilities would help out and do it properly.

One of the employees seemed to have a hard time sharing information with us. He thought it necessary to yell at us instead of just saying what he needed to get across. And it wasn’t just us. He was yelling at everyone. We have just moved and need to get rid of some extra trash. We decided to just leave. We’ll pay the extra $ to take our stuff elsewhere. I felt so harassed and belittled. My husband was so angry for being treated that way. We won’t go there again. It’s not worth it.

A pretty good location. The workers (when on duty) will help you unload and direct you to the proper locations for your trash. They do tend to be pretty strict towards their rules and itemization, so try not to mix to many items like metal and brush. The have a 4-foot lengrh limit on wood and it cannot be larger than 3 inches in diameter (but theyll let you sneak 2 or 3 slightly larger pieces on a good day).

They never pick up trash that is left near trash bins outside thats too big to be put in a trashbag. Laziest trash men i have EVER experienced.

If your gonna have people come in one way then someone should stop people from coming in the wrong way and cutting line its to hot to sit in line to be cut by people who dont know!!

Why did he just dump trash all over my sidewalk and leave it there?? I saw him do it & thought he would pick it up.....NOPE!! This happened last week too! There is, also, cat litter all over my sidewalk that I know for a fact was in a bag all tied up!!! This is what we pay for??

Horrible people. Every single time Ive gone here or my family has made a trip...the employees there are super hateful and seem to really just hate being there and hate the fact that people even show up to dump their garbage. And every time I go it is inconsistent with what we are told they take and how they take it. This is ridiculous

Without fail, the employees are friendly and helpful. This business is really a gem.

Hit and miss when you go there. Some employees are really helpful, friendly, and polite, but one man in particular is hateful and rude. I have literally driven off twice with trash still in the back of my truck because of how rude he talks to people.

Multiple issues but today I’m focusing on the glass that was broken (it was NOT that way in the garbage can). Apparently one of the workers dropped it and broke something and just left the glass all over our driveway.

Great place. However when I called to get the hours for Sunday, It said they open at 1pm, but they do not open till 3pm.

Very friendly and helpful. Only wish we could recycle more materials!

They helped empty the trailer, I was helping clean a relatives house. They were polite and respectful.
