Our car broke down in Rocky top Tennessee on Wednesday. A-Tow sent Tom to the scene. He arrived promptly and provided excellent professional service. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Highly recommend a tow and Chris needs to give Tom a promotion.

This places a joke. Never showed up to my wifes car and left it sitting on the side of the road for almost 2 hours. Everytime I called they had an excuse. My insurance called someone else. I dont recommend this place.

Payton over communicated on my tow from and accident. They kept my car secure at the lot while the insurance company worked to get the transfer of the car to the body shop! Very helpful!!

I needed help on Christmas day and the other company my insurance agent called didnt show after 4 or 5 hours of waiting. They called A-Tow and they were there in less than an hour during hazardous conditions. The driver was polite and patient and understanding. Ill recommend them any time.

Yesterday I was in Oak Ridge and my car battery died. I called Peoples Choice (same owner) about a new battery and they recommended A-Tow to come out and install it. A-Tow picked up a new battery and came out to install it within 20 minutes. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

They were super quick and got the job done. Chris and his team are super nice and they’re honest with what they do and say. I’ve referred a few people to them. Solid professional team of people over there.

A Tow was called by my road side service when the clutch cable of my motorcycle broke. They were dispatched within an hour of my call for assistance. My wife went to pick me up where I broke down. I had to drive her back home so she could use our other vehicle to get to work. I notified A Tow I would be back to my bike around 11.00 am. That wasnt an issue. From the time I called my road side service to when I returned to the bike I was in contact with A Tow via phone and text. The tow truck and I arrived back at my bike almost at the same time. The 2 guys who did the tow were quick and professional. I am pretty sure one was a young man named Brandon. I am grateful that my break down didnt turn into an all day affair waiting on a tow to the Honda shop.

Had a 85 Dodge Ram that stopped working right in the middle of the Turnpike, I called A-Tow and Nathan was on site within 15 minutes. Not only doing an amazing job and carefully towing my truck home, Nathan took a quick look at my truck and told me what was wrong and that night I had it running again! Huge thank you to Nathan and I really appreciate the speedy and friendly service he provided. 10/10 would call again.

I locked my key in the trunk of my car, and the side panel button on the driver door doesn’t work so he has to take the entire backseat of my car out to get to the trunk (convertible beetle). Showed up fast and had tools to be able to do this for me. Very appreciative and will recommend to everyone. 👏🏻

Wish I could give a 0 🌟.This company is the one taking care of our apartment complex to tow if needed well.. I called them at 1h50 am because somebody parked in our spot, i was told somebody would be right there. i gave a good 30 min before calling back and I got this rude attitude from the person answering the call saying that they are busy, and they are going to come whenever they can, because there is more important than a reserved parking spot..Well that is YOUR JOB to, not only be nice, polite to customer but to actually work and take this car if needed. She hang up.Well my husband called 1h later, got the same attitude, she said there are only 2 trucks, 1 in Sevierville and 1 in KY at the moment. Why?? I have never heard that before...I hope something will change!

Called because of a flat on a trailor. Explained I do not have a jack or tire iron. They showed up a half hour later then they said they would and the driver didnt have a jack or tire iron on the tow truck.

I love paying 150 dollars to this tow company for taking my car away from me for the cops, cause my liscence was suspended and I had to take my husband to the ER. It was tons of fun!!! And Im still paying for it!

My fuel pump died in the middle of an intersection in Oak Ridge.City police dispatched A-Tow, and they showed up in minutes. My incident required two tows; Nathan and Roger both assisted me with my vehicle tows. I could not have asked for better, kinder people to assist me. Very thankful for their service!

Roger helped me for a reasonable price on short notice near the end of the business day, and he got me back on the road when I was traveling from Virginia to Tennessee just off of I-40 and I suffered tire blowout. Thanks. A-Tow is great.

The driver was Nathan he was a exceptionally nice,kind, courteous guy.He called to let me know how far out he was and that he had been on another call to let is know what was taking so long.

I was driving through and got into an accident. My insurance company contacted them to tow my vehicle. Micky was amazing. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be on site. Loaded up my damage truck and drove me 20 minutes to the car rental place so I wouldnt be stranded. Very friendly and professional.

Have never used this company. However, if you are going tailgate someone, pass on a double yellow line, and drive on the wrong side of the road (because you are driving too fast on a curvy backroad), you should not do it in a company truck.On my way home this evening, I was tailgated by someone from this company. The driver then passed me on a double yellow line, and almost ran out of the road (on the wrong side) because he was driving too fast.

Called for a tow truck at 6 am. Two hours later still nothing... Called after waiting about 45 minutes and the guy said “oh, he’s not there yet?” Called again 30 minutes later and the guy, still with no apology, said there was a wreck and the driver is making his way through the traffic. Waited another 30 minutes and finally called to cancel and all the guy said was “ok.” I would not recommend this company unless you want to wait for hours for no one to show up.

My motorcycle had a flat tire and I called A-Tow .Excellent service, was there quickly and very helpful. I would use them again without question.

Have used them twice and will use them any time I need a tow again.Updated my rating the third time I used them. Will never use them again. They talked me into taking my truck to the owners shop instead of the original transmission shop I asked and then it turned out they were just trying to get more money out of me for the diagnostics from the service shop to determine that it was my transmission that was bad. Will not be using them a forth time.

THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL! Yesterday morning I called to have my car towed from my home to Knoxville. I was given price and told the would be there in 2.5 hours. 3 hours later no show I called several times couldnt get anyone to answer. Hubby called they said once again 2.5 hours car had to be at shop by 6. 5o clock no calL no show. I called got excuse that they had state calls all day and was on thier way I said no the car would not get there in time. He said his guy lived up the road and would get in on his way in this morning at 9. 9:24am no show. Called was told they had to put a new winch on and would be leaving in about 15 mins,noon still no call no show. Guess what Im over the excuses someone else got the business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! LIES AND EXCUSES!

Truck had an accident on the way to pick me up. They never called and told me. I spent 30 min in my car in the cold until I finally called my insurance place and they told me. Completely unprofessional.
