Being a fellow local business owner and knowing the office and staff for years from networking and their devoted community involvement with non-profits and charities, I went in for an insurance quote for my home, auto and business. They were very helpful and professional in explaining to me how much insurance I actually needed for what I own and am worth. What is covered and not covered. How an umbrella policy works and how affordable it actually is. They also quoted me on a car loan at the same rate my bank did in half the time. I never new they offered car loans. I wish my wife was there with me because the last company we went to, my wife was upset because they were only talking to me and not us. She would of had a much better experience here. Best Insurance experience Ive had! State Farm offers the best product, but its nice to get a top end service from my agent as well. Laura Lynn made the entire process really easy and I actually understand what Im paying for. Ive always felt like I was being scammed before switching to the State Farm, so its a nice change. I will refer my friends and family to Laura Lynn.

I’m going to update this later, but here’s a quick rundown.Laura Once canceled my policy because my debit card expired and instead of contacting me to inform me, they canceled my policy (didn’t inform me they did either) and sent me a “come back to State Farm” flyer months later. I verified all my info with them and they had it correct, so they just chose not to inform me. Which is surprising, because the only thing she cares about is your money. Trust me, when you’re stranded in a bad storm in the middle of the mountains, she couldn’t care less. Which leads me to my second complaint.When I followed my family here she texted me from her personal line letting me know if I needed anything to contact her. I tried to contact her by her personal phone number twice and never got responses. Once when they canceled my policy and wanted to double my monthly rate and another when I was stranded in the mountains and claims was telling me they weren’t going to get me back to Knoxville. I texted her on 9/11 and then again the 21st to inform her I was leaving her company. She chose to answer that text in 3 minutes with a “gladly. I’ll make the request for you”. Still ignoring my pleas for help when I was stranded. Try and deny it Laura, I have it saved and will upload if needed.I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my entire life and feel it’s my duty to warn all of you. STAY AWAY!!!!! Find someone else. Hell, the General is probably better to deal with than her. I am going to post this on every social media outlet I know and write a letter to the BBB.I made a formal complaint with State Farm over Laura and the lack of professionalism her and her employees share (minus David, he’s awesome. David, run. Run while you can). No one in that office knows their name or they are hiding it in shame of working for this joke of an agent. Never do they give you their name when you call the office, so you either guess or say “hi no name”. Laura, I want to give you a piece of advice. In personal opinion, I think you should consider a career change.This office was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company I’ve ever worked with.

I found Laura Lynns Agency among a few others when I Google searched and we gave it a try a few weekends ago. We scheduled an appointment and everything went pretty easy. They seemed to keep our interests at heart and they were very nice to work with.
