Dr. Smith is an excellent dentist, very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the latest dental techniques and breakthroughs. Dr. Smith has all the latest technology in dentistry and strives for excellence.The front desk manager always greets you with a Friendly smile and is very kind. From the front desk manager to the hygiene dental assistant/ cleaner and of course Dr. Michael Smith I have only received the top care. The office is spotless! Dr. Smith has insured all safety measures are in place to give his employees and his patients the safest environment during this pandemic. There is plenty of parking just outside the door. My whole family goes to this practice and we are very pleased.

This place is amazing! I am so happy that I switched dentist offices. When first walking in, it felt very homey. Everyone is a family and that is what attracts me to places to which I require services from! They told me things about my teeth that I have never heard before. The staff is very kind and compassionate. I was a bit nervous going to the dental office, especially to get fillings done, but Dr. Smith, the hygenists, the dental assistant, and the secretary make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. There has been little or no pain associated with any procedure I have undergone by the hygienists or by Dr. Smith. They are true medical professionals and I am thankful that I have them to provide my dental care.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The hygienist was very thorough and made many several suggestions for flossing, especially around the permanent retainer on the back of my front teeth, which I found very helpful. She also kept me informed of everything she was doing and the state of my teeth. I had a pleasant experience, Dr Smith and his staff are awesome and I would highly recommend this office!

I recently had a root canal done and was so impressed with all the state-of-the-art dental equipment Dr. Smith has. He and his staff took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen before, during and after my procedure. I was also able to watch television during my procedure which was great and helped me relax. Their office called the very next day to see how I was feeling and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Smith for both adults and children!

I was in Dr Smiths office on Tues for my annual check up and cleaning. This office is so welcoming and family friendly. I was a patient at this office for several yrs when Dr Tim retired. Dr Smith took over the practice. It is very up to date with equipment and dental care. Its a very practical approach to keeping your teeth healthy.The many of the original staff stayed on with the new Dr. I would reccomend this office for professional approach and location. Its an easy place to find and convenient parking. Even if you use public transportation, it is easy to get there.

From my initial contact with this office, I have had nothing but a positive, friendly interaction with everyone. Sherri was very nice and helpful when scheduling my appts. Joanne was my sons hygienist and she was great! Stephanie was the hygienist for my daughter and she was wonderful! Dr. Mike was awesome, he was very informative of my childrens evaluations and answered any questions I had. I am happy we found this office for our dental care. 26 years of living and I have never heard anyone including myself describe a dental experience as “pleasant.” Well, this place has undeniably changed my perspective! They have taken the most dreaded procedures and made them a cake walk. Dr. Smith is and was AMAZING. He was so kind and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. I even got to watch Netflix lol :). His staff is great as well! They all are so very nice and make my time I spend there nothing less than pleasant. I thought my last dentist was great and then he retired and sold his practice to Dr. Smith. Keeping most of the same friendly and efficient staff, this transition has been pleasant. However, I just had to have my first crown replacement and let me tell you I was blown away. Using state of the art equipment and techniques, there was no pain and I walked out with my temporary crown and most of the numbness gone. By the time I arrived home, it didnt even feel like I had any work done. A M A Z I N G !
