I was in so much pain, probably called over 10 offices. I had an impacted wisdom tooth. Literally the worst pain ever! He made sure to numb me immediately. I have really bad anxiety and he removed my tooth so fast and effortlessly!! I can’t believe how amazing he is! I would definitely recommend Dr.Romano!!!

Dr. Romano is wonderful! My 11 year-old son had an unfortunate accident and his two front teeth were completely knocked out. We were able to retrieve the teeth, put them in milk and brought them to Dr. Romano who was able to re-insert the teeth! Thanks to Dr. Romano’s knowledge and expertise my son has his smile back. On top of all of that, Dr. Romano is kind and caring - he takes his time with patients, listens to them and is very honest. We can’t thank Dr. Romano enough!

I went to Dr. Romano in hopes of having my All on Four dental implants fixed. I had this procedure done with a doctor from a different practice about 3 years ago. The procedure was completely botched and I was having consistent issues over the years. That doctor wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to continue to fix these issues that would repeatedly occur. I had enough. I ended up going to Dr. Romano, praying he would be able to help me. He looked at my implants and took x-rays. My case was a nightmare, but he chose to take on the challenge. He switched my All on Four permanent piece to a removable snapping one. He explained how this would be better for me overall, due to all of my previous infections and issues. I agreed and he went ahead with the procedure. I cannot say enough how much I am pleased with Dr. Romanos work. He truly cares about his patients! He saved me a GREAT DEAL of money, aggravation, and stress. He made the journey of dental implants go from a nightmare to pure satisfaction. If you are thinking of getting dental implants, you must go to Dr. Romano! You will NOT be disappointed!! I 1st called the Family Dental office located over East. They quickly referred me to their office on 91st /Cicero for oral surgery. I was told I couldnt be seen until Wednesday. But, if there were only cancellations that they would call me.

Terrible place!! They didn’t check my insurance before treatment but they told me I was covered. They even gave me a contract to sign before the treatment to show me how much insurance cover and I how much I was supposed to pay out of my packet and now they are sending me a bill. If I knew insurance wouldnt cover I would never have done it! Plus they replaced fillings that I never had any issues with and now are sensitive 🙄

My wife was here. They will hear from someone very soon. They diagnosed 6 cavities and the need of a deep cleaning. We’ve gone and got a second opinion. There was only 2 cavities, one a baby cavity that didn’t need any filling and a regular cleaning. We got it done for just $900 while you’s were price gouging for $2,600. Dishonest rats.

I came to the office the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was told that I had an infection & needed a route canal. The speed of getting the appointment was excellent. The diagnosis by Dr. Carley was spot on. The route canal performed by Dr, Parth was painless. Treatment by staff was great. Each person explained each part of the process. I felt that I was informed about my dental care. I would definitely recommend.

My dental experience here at Family Dental in Oak Lawn was nothing short of AMAZING! Dr. Carley is very kind and an expert at what she does. I received a root canal, a permanent crown and deep cleaning from her and her team and never felt an ounce of pain. The entire staff is very warm and inviting and will make you feel extremely comfortable. And let’s not forget about how clean the office is. You can eat off the floor!!! I love this place and their service and would highly recommend to any and everyone!!!!

However, she still took the time to address all of my concerns and provided validation on some TMJ issues Ive been having, whereas other dentists have dismissed my concerns/questions. Very friend! I recently had my impacted wisdom tooth extracted which is not a fun experience and I have anxiety which makes things worse. The oral surgeon was patient and even narrated through the experience, so I understood what was happening instead of my mind thinking the worse and creating my own story which is always worse. Im officially a fan of this place!

3 visits in, so far so good! I have some fears of going to the dentist, some bad experiences in the past. That said everyone here has been really sweet and Dr. Choi is really friendly and funny. The atmosphere is light and the communication is much clearer than some places I’ve been before. I still hate getting worked on, but at least it’s not the fault of the staff! Happy to have found a dentist’s office that I can trust.
