My snow blower failed at the worst time during a snow storm so i called around to all the other shops that do repair on snow blowers and they all said 10 days or longer to fix..... i called she can do that repair and talk to Allison and she said she could fix it and get it back to me the next day and Allison did fix it and i got it back next day and cheeper than those other guys.so give Allison at she can do that repair you will be happy i was ....thanks for fast turn around Ron
