I cant say enough good things about this business. I made several trips into the store trying to pick a riding mower that would work best for me. Each time there Frank, one of the owners, spent at least a 1/2 hour with me explaining all my options. I decided on a 42 Cub Cadet LX2 which is a step up from the ones sold in big box stores. Frank and his brother Larry are very knowledgeable on all the equipment they sell. I asked about delivery and was told it was $40 for delivery. I live about 20 miles from the store. Frank just delivered my new Cub Cadet and spent an hour going over the machine, how it works, where all the part numbers are and how to do maintenance on the machine if I chose to do it myself. So for $40 he spent over 2 hrs for delivery, set up and adjustment and explanation of the machine. No one does that anymore. During our conversation Frank advised he took the business over from his father who owned it since 1955. I can see why they are still in business. There customer service and knowledge is far beyond what 99% of every other retail store provides. I would highly recommend you stop in and see Frank or Larry before you purchase you lawn equipment from someone else.

Frank was incredibly helpful and patient looking up and ordering parts for a Ranch King garden mower. The model/year information tag is long worn off, but he was still able to work with me and assist with figuring it out the correct parts.They have my future business!

Well not any fault of their own, they were closed. I looked in the Windows and they had a lot of nice equipment a little of everything and nice price tags to go with them. I liked the xt3 tractor. I have to stop in when their open and see if they have financing, Im not J.B. Prizker.

The customer service here needs training on how to treat people let alone a customer. I walked in about a brand new mower possibly having a warranty issue that I purchased from another retailer. My current mower is too small for my lot and upgrading next Spring to a larger mower.The guy behind the counter sits there at a computer surfing the Internet knowing Im in the storefront and the only person. He never acknowledges or greets me until I walk up to the counter, wait a few minutes feet away from him while he surfs the Internet and then start to walk back to the showroom floor of new mowers. I ask him about the warranty work and immediately he cast judgement the mower was abused. I had a simple question of why a piece of metal failed, which I find odd. I was even willing to pay for repairs since I am not sure the true cause of the metal failing. The guy was extremely rude and continues that the mower was not in the present I purchased it in so therefore the warranty would not apply. Well, its been used to cut grass. Of course its not brand new still. Instead of dealing his unprofessionalism and Internet surfing I told him have a nice day and told him he just lost a purchase of $3,000 mower for next Spring.My recommendation is to find another dealer or lawn mower shop for repairs. Ill never waste my time in there again.

Very bad customer service apparently if you dont buy from him he wont sell you parts just rude..... Belt broke on lawn mower needed one so called this very little MA and PA shop up. Tells me you can buy a lawn mower from Russo why not go there buy a belt.....
