I took my daughter here for her birthday to get her eyebrows done. The lady was very rough with her, the eyebrows weren’t even the same shape AND SHE BURNT HER. She tried to tell me that the wax wasn’t hot and argued with me that she had 10 people before us that didn’t complain about it . Then when I showed her where the burn mark was she decided to poke at it!! My daughter was crying because her face was burning her so bad. The lady complained that my daughter was moving around to much! She made me feel like we were in the wrong for her unprofessional behavior.

Came in to get my eyebrows fixed after a different salon messed them up and Vanita did such a great job. She definitely shaped my eyebrows to my liking and fixed the error that was done previously. Definitely coming back again. Happy I found my new go to eyebrow place

I have never left a negative review before but I feel that I have to warn whoever wants to come here. I came in today for a bikini wax and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I’m still shaken up about it. First off I go into the room and without saying a word and before I even know it I feel the hot wax on me and from there it felt like she was ripping my skin off. And ripping so fast one after another that I didn’t even have time to breathe in between. Mind you this was only my second time doing this and I told her about that and she didn’t make me feel comfortable at all it felt like she just wanted me in and out. She tells me I need to spread open and I’m doing it the best I can, then she started pushing my legs open to the point where it hurt. I almost started crying and was about to ask her to stop then she said she was done. As a business owner and a woman she should know how sensitive that area is and make it as comfortable as possible for her client. I’m now traumatized and don’t know if I will ever get this service done again. I now have a big bruise on my inner thigh and my skin is severely red and irritated.

Booked an appointment for a Brazilian wax . I came right in and Vanita took me right in the back . On the webpage it states that it takes about 25 minutes for the service. Within 10 minutes she was done, she Also rushed the service . I was in such pain and for it not even being my first wax .I would not recommend going for a Brazilian wax. I was the only person in the shop at the time . So I just don’t understand what the rush was ?!?! Just very unprofessional wasn’t satisfied and the service wasn’t complete

I got my eyebrows threaded. It has been 6 days and she cut me so badly I now have scabs on and around my eyebrow. Very unprofessional and didnt ask for what I wanted them to look like. She left stray hairs and I had to ask her to go back and do it again.

My daughter and I both had individual lashes done and they fell out within 2 days.. Would never go back there again, Vanita stood on the phone the whole time and when she did speak to me it was about how uneven my eyebrows were which they were perfectly done somewhere else, I had her tint my eyebrows and she made them extremely thick and uneven and the tint last for 1 day. I was actually glad the tint came off so fast but what a waste of money. I’ve gone to Walmart and had individual lashes/eyebrows/tint and paid way less and they came out 10000X’s better and last way longer. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE

I got individual eyelashes done and within two days of going to the salon my eyelashes started to come off quite easy. I was very disappointed with the service that I had received.I noticed gaps in my eyelashes and certain parts were clumpy and they looked more like falsies. If you plan on getting your eyelashes done here I recommend going somewhere else because you will not be satisfied with the way they look.

I went here to get a Brazilian wax for the first time. So many things were wrong! 1. The towel that she wanted me to wrap around my bottom private area was visually dirty! 2. She was on the phone trying to wax me at the same time, not focused! 3. She was rushing and became mad when I asked her to get off the phone and take her time! Due to the unprofessional behavior I made her stop because for this area to be so sensitive she was not considerate at all! I will never go back here. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to come back either! Terrible

Person working was on the phone while working on another customer when I walked in. I wasnt greeted or asked to sign in or asked what I needed done. Was told to sit in a chair and had to tell her what I wanted done before she did my eyebrows that I didnt want done. Was only hour or so after they opened and all the small garbage cans were overflowing. She still stayed on the phone while doing my threading as well. Wont go back.
