This is one of the best most knowledgeable places I’ve ever been too! Kristal and her mother in law(sorry I don’t remember her name) took the time to fully explain every thing to me, recommend what would and wouldn’t work best, and have great prices! You can tell they know they’re stuff and really care! I had the fat freezing and I’ll be back for more! So glad I found this place, I promise you’ll love it there!

I love it here! I definitely have learned a lot about fitness in the short time I’ve been coming here. I feel like I get stronger physically and mentally every time I come for 1 on 1, group classes and the home workouts. And I’m already seeing//feeling the results from being consistent and pushed to reach my goals while I’m here🥰🥰

Kristal runs amazing boot camp group workouts. You can feel comfortable and safe here (social distancing, sanitization of equipment, use of masks, clean environment.) I also love one on one boxing sessions with her. She really knows how to push you to keep going when you think you want to give up. Helping me become the best physical version of myself.

I got Cryolipolisys here from Kristal, and let me tell you how awesome it was. Not only was the price insanely low, but the experience was pleasant. I just relaxed in my mask, read my book, and let that cold sculpting magic do its work. . Its only been a little over a week, but my belly is looking better already. Im beyond excited for my next visit!

Ive been with MetaForm for a little over a year, and its been the best decision I ever made. Right off the bat the trainers treat you like family. They dont sugar coat the process, but theyre there every step of the way guiding you and encouraging you with whatever sort of fitness journey youre on. The personalized workouts/bootcamps, food log accountability, not to mention the additional Spa services are only a few things that separate this gym from any other.

I have been a member of Metaform for a few months now and I have never experienced a gym where the trainers actually care about the client. This experience has changed my mind about working out! They keep you safe and they keep you motivated even outside of the gym! I enjoy working with Roberto and Kristal. I have also enjoyed the med spa and the services are amazing and I have enjoyed the care and time they take to explain the treatments and making sure you are comfortable and satisfied. The trainers have taught me to enjoy working out and have also given me the encouragement to not give up! They truly do care! Everyone should check them out!

I am a little disappointed. I did little research before going. I bought a special off groupon (laser lipo) and when i got to appointment i had 2 pay more money (coolsculpting) because i was told I was not a candidate for groupon procedure i chose. The ladies are very nice so no complaints at all there. I trusted her judgment and after procedure didnt feel what was advised i would feel... it was like i never had a procedure. I was told when i left someone would call to check on me (never did). some places who specializes in this, depending on problem area will schedule for another treatment in several weeks. It is my fault i didnt do enough research til later. I saw another specialist who has been licensed for 10years, advise she wouldve suggested to get on a health plan and lose a few pounds 1st to see sure results after procedure. I didnt know per the specialist a treatment plan should be put in place after 1st procedure which i didnt receive.I have no complaints because they are wonderful people just which i wouldve done more research before being convinced to spend $355 for one procedure in which im still waiting to see results.Do your homework b4 doing anything. 😔😏

MetaForm is a great place for anyone to train.As a lifelong athlete, martial artist, and Veteran I was pretty sure a gym is a gym is a gym. MetaForm proves me wrong every session.Community training sessions are really customized personal training sessions where you are sharing a spotter.Ive been in community sessions with everyone from fellow Vets to Retirees and somehow we all reach peak heart rates and muscle failure simultaneously. How? Only Roberto knows.The science behind how MetaForm defines and goes about fitness is the game changer. Ive learned more over the last few months then I ever thought I needed to know.If you want to get fit, learn, and have fun in an intense but family friendly environment MetaForm is the place for you.

I tried Metaform for the first time. I came in for a Cryolipolysis Fat-Freeze treatment. I learned so much from the tech, she really knows what she is doing. She gives knowledgeable advice. What she does here is amazing! The staff was very welcoming as well! Will definitely be coming back!

MetaForm is not just your average local gym. It’s more of an EXPERIENCE, and what I mean by that is the trainers are so good at creating that level of fitness most of us have never experienced. This gym has truly been a huge lifestyle change for me and I recommend anyone who is undecided to check it out. Once you do, you will know this is not just a gym but whole community of great, positive individuals who are not in competition with each other but rather within themselves.

I have been at MetaForm for 6 months and went down from an large to a medium (top and bottom). I feel great. Roberto makes working out fun. I look forward to each workout and feel just as good on the way in as I do on the way out. I have tripled the weight I can handle for some exercises from when I started to now. Oh and by the way, I am 14.

With everything that is going on in the world right now, there is just something magical when people are nice to you. The husband and wife that own MetaForm are just incredible people, I am so thankful that I stumbled upon this place. I had the fat freezing treatment done on my abdomen area and it took about an hour & 20 min - very professional and through when explaining the process. I am already petite but was looking for a little extra help - this process has already made a huge difference. The following 2 days, I just felt like I had done a very intense ab workout! The process can take up to 6 weeks to fully take affect and I cannot wait to see the final results. Thank you again for such an amazing experience.

This gym is absolutely amaZing!! You want a good workout this is the place to be! You want the laser lipo fat freeze and many many other options this is the place to call!! I leave feeling amazing every single time!! The owners are wonderful and work with my schedule! They make me feel at home and comfortable when I’m there! I’m soo thankful for metaform!!

Its great gym if you go early. I mean really early like before 5am. They do a great job keeping gym clean. Always see staff mopping floors and wiping down equipment.

The entire process was on point from A to Z. Crystal was informative and helped me achieve my goals.

Complete repoff!!!! I got a Groupon deal for 7 Lipo lasers which came down to 1 treatement instead of 7 treatements. When I got there ( I called 30 min before) the woman was trying to convince me that I need Cryo treatement instead. When I insisted I want the procedure I paid for she said that they don’t have technician to do that( highly doubt that they even do the laser there) so I had to agree with Cryo since next availability with Groupon is in over a month, and I truly don’t plan to come back to this place . . So I got some Cryo treatement -1 session only. This. Is complete repoff. Why do they advertise something they can’t do, and the amount of sessions they will not do for you. I highly don’t recommend this place . All you get is frustration and service not worth the money . I’m sure the positive feedback must come from the emploee who work there. Never again

People at this place are amazing . Since you come in you can feel you are so welcomed, Iris, Chrystal and the person in front they were so nice to me and service was great, always checking on me if I was fine if I need it something, they made me feel at home, thank you .

Ive been going since the end of 2019. Health and fitness were major insecurities for me, but was completely disarmed and put at ease when I walked in. Ive been very challenged, but appropriately. They are not trying to take my money on services I dont need, but genuinely more concerned about my results than my wallet. I love the people that work here and are members here. Im seeing results and love coming!

Well this place’s owner is weird person! I had bad appointment experience in pinky promise, after I left a bad comment she just wrote me couple “mean” messages, after I called her she yelled at me. Then today when I look at google I saw couple other bad reviews and she wrote that it was me lol. Is that how you solve your problem? Please before blaming others make sure to find out who wrote those bad comments. Connect Groupon to find out. What a bad experience!

The MetaForm recovery room has helped me tremendously! I have suffered from sciatica since 2007 and thought I had to just deal with the pain. I took my trainers advice of non invasive recovery. On my own I would have stopped working out feeling discouraged from the pain. I’m so glad I was honest with him and listened to his advice. I received shock wave, cupping and Moxa. I have not felt the sciatic nerve pain since! I’m back to my work outs and even took a boxing class! Thank you MetaForm 🙌🏽
