Ive been going to Eco Friendly Dentistry for the past 8 years for a reason. I love the Dr. Mataria, his amazing team and staff. Everyone there is so professional, friendly and accommodating! I love how comfortable I feel when I’m there from the moment I want in, until I exit the office. The staff all remember my name and do a great job and ensuring I feel looked out for. I also love the expansion of the space! It’s so cozy, not to mention all this new high technology that is included in the upgrade, AND it’s part of my normal office visit. 8 years later, no cavities or surgery or anything. Thank you everyone at Eco Friendly. I love going to the dentist because of them!!

My two young boys had an appointment today for their yearly exams. This was our third time here.The girls at the front desk have always been very friendly and professional. The dental assistants made my boys feel very comfortable and at ease while explaining the cleaning process every step of the way.The dentists have always been very friendly and make our experience a great one every time.I would highly recommend this business, especially fir kids.My boys are 9 and 11.

I have seen Dr. Suh several times now and she is great! Always listens to my concerns and is very personable.

I went in for a regular teeth cleaning today. The staff is the most nicest professional and caring group of people you will ever meet. The office is always clean and it’s never overcrowded. Customer service is great. You rock Eco Friendly!!!!!!

A very welcoming professional staff and a team of perfectionist clinicians that truly care about every single patient.The facility is modern and clean and has been recently renovated and expanded. The main surgery room is very nice and spacious.They have their own in-house lab packed with state of the art technology, and they actually print you 3D printed models of your teeth to take home, which is really cool and modern.

This place is absolutely beautiful so clean and modern. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist Dr. Suh and Benjamin the hygienist who did my cleaning and ex rays was so thorough with the cleanings and explanation of what was going to happen never felt more relaxed or comfortable in a dentist office! Also the Zoom whiting I got done was done perfectly.This was my 2 year old daughters first visit and she didn’t cry such positive workers who made this experience great. Honestly highly recommended coming here!

I had a scheduled appointment for a cleaning but the hygienist (Ben) wasn’t there. There was only one doctor servicing clients and I would be serviced by her in between two other clients. After ex rays and consultation, I rescheduled my appointment because I did not plan on spending my entire Saturday there.

They were really great with my 8 year old grandson, very reassuring, comforting, gentle, and friendly. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful.

We have been going to Eco Friendly Dentistry for years and have always had a professional, personable and pain-free experience. The office is beautiful and everyone their is nice and kind. We have gotten so close to everyone that we joke around all the time. It is nice to go to a dentist office that makes you feel comfortable and respected.

I was pleased when I first arrived...but after speaking with the dentist...i was really disappointed in the fact that she didnt offer much good advise on my dental issues...she seem to be more concerned with selling procedures...also when I got my teeth cleaned.. she didnt do a thorough job..VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Friendly, clean environment, the wait to see the doctor, (2 hours) was very long. After filling out the paperwork online it was disappointing not to be told about a special they offered or my insurance wasnt compatible.

My appointment was scheduled for 9am however by 9:30am I had not even been advised of when I could expect to be seen with having to update information in their system of record being the stated reason for delay.In the future clients should be notified to arrive at least 15 minutes prior as everyone’s time is valuable with appointments being made for a reason.

I find Eco Friendly Dentistry to be an efficiently run dental practice and they also utilize the latest technology. I always have a great experience there.

Very clean, professional office. I called to request a next day appointment and was shocked they were able to fit me in.I went in with a chipped filling and discovered after xrays that I had 2 chipped fillings. The dentist was able to fix my issues as well as do a cleaning and whitening treatment with minimal pain. I highly recommend thisoffice!

My previous dentist sold his practice to Eco Friendly Dentistry. I must admit I was a little bit surprised when I initially walked in. My previous dental staff were African American, but I dont like judging a book by its cover. Im happy to say that I LOVE MY DENTIST OFFICE!! And I would never go anywhere else. They have become my extended family. They care and it showed on the first visit. Im not just another patient, I am a friend and because of that my oral health has improved tremendously. Its easy to make an appointment and I get several reminders before my appointment all the way up until 2 hours before my appointment. Highly recommend. And bonus they will play whatever music you like while they work on your teeth. It relaxes me.

Went to Echo Dental to get a second opinion, that my PREVIOUS DENTIST, said I needed asap,also said I would have to come out of pocket 1,400,insurance wouldnt cover,So I saw Dr.Amal Ahmed,not only did she say I didnt need the work to be done, but that even if I did, insurance would cover,she not only saved me 1,400, and a whole lot of drilling, she was so nice and made you feel very comfortable, as if you knew her for years, I am switching to Dr.Ahmed found a great dentist, and most of all honest,and really cares about your teeth, as if your family, and there was another person who was hard not to mention, Unsar, I really thought people that nice dont exist until I met her,very friendly, warm makes you feel at home, definitely RECOMMEND Echo Dental, as long as a Dr like Dr Ahmed and hygienist like Unsar work there its #1!!!

Ive never had a bad experience there.. The service is fantastic.. The atmosphere is wonderful my teeth look great.. And it didnt hurt.. Ive had teeth pulled ..root canal. . no pain .yeah

Dentistry was fine but billing practice is a different subject, i work everyday have insurance, i was sent a letter stating you cashed a check for $49.00 that belong to provider. First of all i work EVERYDAY why would i jeopardize my job over $49.00, i take my disabled son to this place i certainly would no compromise his care over $49.00, if they had simply sent a bill i would have paid it and did just what i am doing now disputing it with my insurance company, my credit is worth more than $49.00, dont accuse me of STEALING.DONT YOU JUST HATE A LIARI have not contacted your office stop sending any correspondence to me, if you send another letter to my without me initiating contact to obtain dental records I will consider this harassment, file charges against your office. Your office has been paid in full.

Great service. They always get me in within 10 minutes of my appointment time which is a huge deal for me because I dont like waiting and most other places make me wait at least a half hour. The dentist is very nice and explains everything to you. He keeps convincing me to do more at home to make my teeth stay healthy, so you know hes not just in it for the money. Other dentists just try to get patients in and out without really caring what happens when they leave. The rest of the staff is very nice as well.

This is my children second time here and I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and the office is always clean and tidy. I believe this is the best dental office Ive ever been to for my boys.

This office was very professional and the dentist and hygienist were gentle, they explain everything that I needed to have done, which made me want to schedule another appointment to comeback because I was happy. They also offered me affordable payment plans so that I could come and have my work done.

Read this review before you make an appointment! ALL Chicago Public Schools employees check out this review before you decide on allowing this dental office to provide your services. I received a call from this office to cancel my appointment the day of my appointment on October 30. I believe it was Lorena because when the scheduler calls you they are friendly enough to know their patients. I have been at this office enough times to know voices. Needless to say when the appointment was rescheduled for today, November 19th at 9:00 a.m. the office was closed. There were three (patients) of us outside in the cold waiting on our appointments. However 2 out of 3 of us were acknowledged of having an appointment today. At around 9:15 or so I was acknowledged and asked by my name Ms. Boyd did you have an appointment today. I responded yes and told Lorena that it was upon the offices request to reschedule and this was the date. She proceeded to tell me that she didnt have me scheduled today or at all this week. When I asked to speak to the office manager whose name is Jackie she was not in the office. Lorena also states that she was in aware of the rescheduling but was not admitting that their office called me, cancelled and rescheduled. And she didnt attempt to accommodate me for my inconvenience at all which I felt this was purposefully done. Especially she could recollect when I cancelled and rescheduled my appointments in the past.We pay for our insurance and we work hard at Chicago Public Schools as public servants. We are city employees that deserve to be treated with respect and as a reminder we are the clients, patients and paying customers. Reconsider another dental office servicing you! Get names of who takes your appointment. I was able to look at my appointment book and still the office denied the cancellation and rescheduling. How about this they never acknowledged errors or tried to resolve which adds up to poor customer service!Use the power of your voice and the pen! Dont let anyone take your time, your money and your insurance for granted! My dentist - Tariq Riyal is no longer there. And the office is under new management...which means find a new dentist! I suggest you do the same...immediately!

I cant believe that I am giving a dentist a 5 star rating! I wouldnt have even thought that was within the realm of possibility. This place is the best! If you have worries about the pain or discomfort of dentistry, you have found your new dentist. I am a terrible patient and I hate everything about going to the dentist (due to bad childhood experiences) but I have had a good experience here. I might actually consider getting regular cleanings and checkups with the experience being so pleasant!I love this office!
