I wish I could give a ten. Best service ever π. Took our car to get serviced and it was going to be a few hours wait. Husband had to work a double shift and only had 3 hour sleep. They had two service workers on our car to save us time. Also, they had someone drive and pick us up at the near by place so we could get a bite to eat for lunch. Great πservice and employees ππ. Happy customer by far!!!!

Well considering the same problem was back in 10 days and was $300 more then they told me! And then to top it off you dont put the proper information on saying it was at 49960 miles and really was at 430331.

Unfortunately it was not a hood experience at this location either. I made an appointment yesterday but when I arrived today, there was no appointment for me. Fortunately though, the gentleman squeezed me in. Ford doesnt seem to have happy employees at any location unless you are purchasing a vehicle. Very disappointing
