I was lucky to have the privilege of working with Jayme Paulson. I love working with State Farm over other insurance companies I have been with because you get to work with someone local, who you can build somewhat of a relationship with. Jayme has been great to work with. Whenever I email or call she always responds quickly and with a full, detailed answer. She was able to save me a ton of money on my auto and home insurance compared with multiple other companies I tried out. And with State Farm, although Im saving a ton of money, I didnt sacrifice anything in coverage. In fact I was able to add some features like med pay and rental coverage for the car, and Sewer Line coverage (because my house is over 100 years old) and STILL saved money. I recommend going to the other state farm agent in Oak Harbor. The employees in this office are great but the leadership needs work or someone new. Yelling and degrading employees in front of staff and clients is something that is never okay. It is highly rude and uncalled for especially when the employee has been nothing but fantastic and draws on lots of business. This office would be great and worth the time if new leadership was arranged. I feel sad for those who cant leave. Poor and toxic leadership lead to poor work ethic and no drive to want to thrive and do better. No one wants to put forth the effort if its always negative.

I want to leave more than 5 stars for this business.Let me tell you that I am very happy with my insurance coverage. I originally had USAA and I was going to continue using them until a DUI driver hit my vehicle and I had to go through the whole process of getting new insurance for my next vehicle.USAA had me on the line for 2 hours because they did not know how to check my motor vehicle history. They told me to try to get local insurance and try again later...in a week.Of course I did not have time to wait because I needed car insurance as soon as possible. I remember seeing State Farm down the street from me so I decided to try them and their rates.Let me tell you this: BEST DECISION EVER.Not only were Natalia and Danielle very welcoming they were able to get me better coverage and at a lower monthly rate. I was so happy I got both car insurance and renters insurance and it was still LOWER THAN USAA could offer.Honestly, I am very happy and appreciative of the people who work there.Whats not to like?
