These are amazing folks. We had them for many years, through many situations … all handled quickly and efficiently. Since my husband died last year, they have been there for me every step of the way. I don’t know what I’d have done without them. Rates are good, but the customer service is priceless.

Amazing service for my car insurance. Currently dealing with a home claim and the communication has not been good. This is my first home claim and I was clueless on how to proceed. Fortunately I found a public adjuster that helped with explaining the process. Not a happy camper.

I recently relocated to Whidbey Island, Washington from Florida. I had been a long time customer of State Farm since the mid 80s and was very pleased to have spoken with Shelley Mendoza at the Karmin Landry Insurance offices in Oak Harbor. She was able to easily transfer my existing auto policy and lower my rates in addition to increasing my coverage limits. We also prepared for Home Owners coverage for my new house. Shelley had her answers ready and filled me in on how it would definitely be to our advantage to get our coverage directly from State Farm with good coverage and cheaper than the rental agency would offer us. She told me exactly what I would need to do to get that insurance in place, whenever we may find the need to do so.During the course of our conversation we touched on the Covid-19 pandemic and how it has had such an effect on all of us. Beyond the fact that Karmin is awesome and the rest of the staff gives great service, this office has twice gone above and beyond for me.I have a $500 deductible for collision, but was hit by a driver while parked and away from my car and no note was left. I filed a police report way after the deadline, which meant I would have to pay the collision deductible. However, they waived that and I only paid the uninsured driver deductible of $300.Driving tickets are supposed to fall off your driving record after four years, and I had a ticket from 3.75 years ago that was due to fall off in the middle of my next six month billing period, which meant I would have to wait the full six months for my monthly premium to go down. However, they got it dropped at the 3.75 year mark, so my premium went down by almost $60 a month six months early!

Karmin has been great! And Sam? Hes a miracle worker! (No, I dont know him and this is not a paid advertisement! :) ) In a 48 hour span of time, we had a rock hit our Jeep windshield heading north over Deception Pass bridge, and it cracked it in half... with 2 sets of guests visiting.
