My experience here could have been better. I feel like I was not treated the best and I was lied to about a couple things. I made an order two to three moths prior to the date that I needed the tables and chairs but a day before when I called to get them they denied me and said that all of my items were out of stock. When I asked if there were accommodations they refused and said either purchase what they have or leave it. It was not until I went up to the company that they said apparently 7 more items popped up in stock. Which was very funny to me because they kept telling me over the phone that there was not anything and they couldnt help me. For the price that I paid for the tables did not equate to what I got. The tables they gave me were extremely wobbly and by one touch they felt like they would break. I could not even use one of the seven tables that they gave me because it was not sturdy at all. I felt like I wasted money and if there was better communication skills I felt like I could have been treated at lot better than I was treated. The service was really bad and the blonde woman who was helping me looked like she wanted nothing to do with me. Like if you dont want to work here just leave. Definitely negative zero ratings and I will not be returning.
I am so glad I used well dressed tables for the rental of my chargers, chairs, and specialty table for my wedding. The team at well dressed tables/arena americas were just so awesome to work with. They were responsive and detailed oriented. They helped coordinate drop off with my venue so I didnt have to be involved in the little details, which is a huge help when youre planning a wedding.
