Have called this company three yes 3 times and yet to receive a response for info on tent table and chair rental. If your in need of their services find another company they don’tNeed the business

Arena Americas provided linens and tableware for my wedding. Everything looked fabulous and elegant, and my husband and I are very happy.Their prices are reasonable, and Jennifer went out of her way to help set up the tableware, even though we had only talked about her setting up linen.Very professional and timely. They picked up and dropped off the linens and tableware and looked great with our decor!

Arena Americas made a great impression in a very short time. I had some last minute contingency plans to make a week before a reception. They were professional, thorough, and efficient with their quotes and timelines. I might be giving them all five stars if I had rented the supplies instead of having them donated by family/friends. Definitely worth checking out!

Arena Americas is the leading company for temporary structures. Anything from a birthday party to the Olympics . They can provide everything to pull off the event. They can provide everything from the structure all the way down to tables chairs dishes forks and knives, I mean they have it all.

Arenas goes out of their way to accommodate all of my needs, whether they are planned or last minute! The delivery guys are very friendly and helpful. Jennifer Coubal is a delight to work with in the sales department and responds with haste to all communications!

I give them 1 star but 5 for the woman with the blonde hair her name was Kelly that worked at the front desk she was very helpful and friendly! A great pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns and the other woman manager was rude and very disrespectful she wasnt willing to help me out at all. Ill never give them my business again!

Arena provided the lawn tent and furniture for a graduation party. The setup and take down was done professionally and at a fair price (5 stars).The set up did not occur on the contracted date but a day later. When I called (several times) on the contracted date (a Thursday) to confirm the arrangements I could only reach a voicemail. I expressed my concern on the voicemail and asked for a call back, but none ever occurred. I went to bed that night making contingency plans for a party without tent/tables/chairs. Communication and customer service: 1 star

Run the other way!!!! One star is too much! This company totally stiffed me! I am 2 days away from my event and they are not returning calls. 4 weeks ago I contacted them, and they assured me they would deliver 2 tents for my party. I repeatedly asked for a written proposal, and the salesman, Hayden, told me he was working on it, but never delivered it. Hayden kept re-assuring me that he would take care everything, not to worry. Hayden would not return my calls, I have left 6 phone messages in 2 days. When I finally reached him, he tells me they used my tents to make another customer happy, and will not be able to deliver the tents. I am totally upset and disappointed. It is now too late to contact any other vendor. Do not contact this vendor, go somewhere else!!!! They totally stiffed me! Thanks a lot Hayden and Arena Americas.

I had a terrible customer service experience with one of the woman anwering the phone. Her name is Christina I would just like to say she has absolutely no people skills,and no home training. This woman was rude with a very ugly attitude!! I called a few times on my break because I was at work so When Christina answered the phone I advised her that I had never rented a bouncy house before I would like to know a little more information about the prices and bouncy houses. She immediatley snapped. Was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Went on about how she is not a sales rep and does not work in sales... And a lot of absurd rude things. When working with CUSTOMER service you are the face of the company!!!! Representing the company in every aspect. This woman should not be employed by anyone with her customer service skills as they are crap!!! and I would never do buisness with a company like this EVER!! Im glad I did not go through with renting a bouncy house from these people this company is TRASH!!! Word of mouth is the fastest way to spread the word about a business with no people skills like this one. If this company wants to be in business long they must get rid of CHRISTINA AND PEOPLE LIKE HER. RACHET IGNORANT TRASH!!!

Not worth working for low balled during interview

Called last minute, they beat the price of others as there standard price. Showed up they loaded everything ASAP and when I returned three guys unloaded ASAP. FYI the table and chair rental price is for 5 days not per day. Even that price was CHEAPER than the others on a ONE day rental... A+++++
