Adding this in case others are experiencing the same issue. If this is common place the police may need to be notified. I received notice that a delivery was attempted while I was actually working in my front yard so obviously it was not attempted. I called and was told that they must have made a mistake and that it is going out on the next truck. Again, no delivery. Add in one more phone call, one more promise, and again no delivery. Now the package is lost........if this is happening to numerous people I am more than happy to file a police report and call it stolen. This is nuts.

Miss informed employees and not willing to help. Was told I need a box for sending a guitar even though It was in a hard case took the same package to another DHL service-point and it was taken with no problem. Never going back and will try to avoid DHL from now and on

DHL is the worst... Lost a package and its been over 2 weeks without updates nor compensation for the lost item.

Terrible terrible company. They lied and said they attempted to deliver my package and said i wasn’t home. Didn’t see anyone on camera and i even set the option to leave package at door with no signature. Called them, they said the driver would come back the same day to deliver package. Never got the package..

Poor delivery. They said my address did not exist—but it does and was correct on the package. Just lack of effort by the driver I guess.

My 250$ package is suposed to be delivered today at the end of the day i get my packages from 12am to 3pm im still waiting for it and it says package forward?! FORWARD WHERE!

Tracking says my package is delivered, however I never received it. I call customer service and they say they passed it off to USPS. Why then, does tracking say delivered and not transferred is beyond me. I went to both my local post offices and they dont have it, or a tracking number on their end for it. Its a big box at small post offices, youd know if it was there. I call DHL back and tell them USPS doesnt have it and now the story changes to it was delivered in the letter box. LMFAO. Its a bike, and I dont have the Tardis for a mailbox(...yet...one day maybe well discover another dimension we can store our packages in). All I get from DHL is well call you back. They said that before and guess what.....NO CALL. I try to tell them theyre on the wrong track with waiting for USPS to get back to them but they wont listen. Maybe Ill see my bike before the snow arrives.

It has been over a week and I still dont have my package. Little to no info from DHL and when I talked with their customer service I got wrong info. Very frustrating!

I will be requesting my merchants to use a different company for shipping, DHL is so bad that I will probably quit my subscription with my merchant if they cannot use literally anyone else. If you want your packages safe, on tim or close to on time. Dont use DHL

Dont feel like I had a negative or positive experience. I was looking to ship a package internationally.... I chatted with someone from customer service to see if dhl provided flat rate shipping boxes for international shipping. I was informed that they did..., so I went to the location and apparently they stopped doing that long ago. For what any of these companies charge for the location I want to ship to..... I could fly round trip myself and deliver it 🤦‍♂️

Horrible.This entire company is lacking from the drivers to the customer service through email, to the people on the phone. The driver literally did not know where my house was so they took it to a random house and had the audacity to take a picture of my package on someone elses porch and tell me its my porch. If I could attach pictures I would.My package was very expensive and after waiting a month to finally get a notice that it will be arriving on one date then it comes a week earlier is beyond me.Once it was delivered I receive an email from oak Creeks DHL stating that I wasnt home so the package wasnt delivered, then when I look on my tracking info its a picture of my box on someone elses porch.As far as the lack in service goes even further, the on call representatives continuously gave me the run around for weeks, just telling me to watch out for an email and yada yada. I still to this day have not gotten a email, I received a voicemail from them finally saying its nothing they can do.Oh and if youre wondering how I know they didnt know where my house was, I had another package on the way and this seller also used DHL, the guy literally told me my address does not come up on their GPS.None of it makes sense, why not just use your personal phone and gps it if youre having a hard time.So in conclusion dont purchase through a seller than ships with DHL. They do not care about lying and possibly stealing your packages.

Dhl express? How about Dhl mfn turtle! This the worse delivery option you can choose! They are not only slow but they will get people packages and hold on to them why!!!!!! And then dont get me started with customer service because they will just sit up there smiling and lying telling people their packages will be shipped out that day and it won’t be!

Terrible customer support. a direct quote from one of their escalation specialists Sir, I dont know what your idea of customer service is, but we are a logistics company, not a customer support company.. after failing to deliver a package with an address that another agent told me should have been no problem..

I can relate to a lot of these other reviews I pay $21 extra for next day delivery and next thing I know I get a notification saying need additional address information they have my phone number why didnt they just call and ask. So, now I maybe have to wait until Monday to get my package that I really needed on Friday

Needed to send a package to the West Bank so I stopped in here. As soon as I said West Bank, he was quick to tell me that they dont deliver to the West Bank. I told him that I mailed something through DHL 6 months prior and it got there without issue. He goes into the back to check, then comes back and tells me We dont deliver to Muslims on that side. I repeated what he said to me in a state of shock, and all he could say was yep. So please avoid this place at all costs. The next day I went to the Wrap and Ship in West Allis. I was in there less than 30 seconds, and they shipped my item, using DHL. Great people, go there instead. So I guess they do deliver to Muslims on that side.

For future purchases I will be ask merchants who the company will be completing the shipment if its this company there will be no purchases made. Never heard of them until then experience. Will not order from the merchant for this order again either.🤷🏾‍♀️

Excellent service, representatives were courteous and helpful, packaged arrived in southern Mexico ahead of schedule.

This is the only safe way to send a document person to person. This can work only if they have a destination terminal office at your destination city. You have to go in person in the office, cost about $100 per envelope. It saved me thousands of dollars sending a time sensitive document from USA to Europe (in 3 days). Thank you DHL

DO NOT USE DHLLiars said they made attempt at 4:29 on 3/13/2017I always sit down to eat at 4:25 and finish around 4:45 because my daughter leaves at 5 to go to work. My Dining room where we eat our dinner at over looks the front of my house which is a dead end street and they they never came down it. Much more its was snowing today and there were no foot tracks even coming up to the door. Do not use them for service.

Honestly they dont even deserve one star. The corporation itself has been super helpful, but this branch not so much. I have been trying to get my package for over a week now with no results....if it wasnt my wedding dress I wouldnt be so adamant about getting it.

Ive very disappointed with your express service. When I was on hold with one of my many calls to get things straightened out you said there aint no mountain high enough and aint no valley low enough to keep me from getting to you. What BS. My shipment is currently about an hour away, but I have wait another day because of stupid errors on your part. This is after already waiting 4 days of delay once again because of your stupid errors. Theres plenty of time to get this package to me today, but you seem content with waiting another day. So much for express and so much for no mountain too big or valley too low. Me and my business will not be using your services.

They are guaranteed to hold up your shipment under any pretense at all. An inch of snow is a Force Majeure event that causes a three day delay. If your paperwork is perfect on Friday they will hold your shipment and return it on Monday, after opening it and damaging the contents.Other DHL branches are fine. This one is obviously run with rare degree of passive-aggressive slackness.

Called DHL and was told that I could do a collect shipment to the UK. Thats not the case and the guy that works at this store was not even close to being nice about it!

They dont make shipping items overseas easy. I recommend calling ahead because they might require you have special paperwork to ship an item.

I wish I could put zero star, I called and asked about my shipment that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and they telling me that it’s in clearance to make sure that the address on the package is right and nothing weird it . I paid over 150 dollars for a small shipment it’s really ridiculous. Wish I used US mail, my package would’ve been here already

Extremely Unreliable - No one picks up the phone ever. I made a request to hold the parcel for a pick up and still I see it is out for delivery. When I call, there is no response and no option to leave a VM. Unflexible too - they do not work with you to solve the problem at hand. I will never recommend to use DHL.
