The instructors are kind and the members are all at varying levels of ability so it’s a pretty welcoming environment. First class is free so check it out if you’re curious!

I love Pure Barre! Everyone at the Oak Creek Studio are wonderful! They take the time to get to know you and work with you so you get the best work out for you. Having RA I am pretty limited on what I can and can’t do, but with Jamie and the instructors working with me I’ve been able to increase my movements.I highly recommend them if you are looking for a total work out with low impact on your body!

I would have stayed at Pure Barre despite the cost and the challenge of the workout. I met many amazing ladies here and the instructors are wonderful. Suffering from chronic bronchitis and given very few masks at the studio, I gave my 30 notice to leave. Recommended by my Dr due to COVID. I had a one year contract. I was a member more than a year. The nice manager I spoke with processed my cancellation. Then the owner started leaving me messages that I can not leave without talking to her and telling me I was being charged for several more months. DO NOT JOIN HERE. I paid for the month I didnt use and continued to get billed. I am also in a dispute with my credit card company. NOW they sent me to a collection agency. These people should not be trusted.

The workout is amazing and instructors are so great! Also, the women in the classes were all so kind and welcoming.To echo what a few other reviewers experienced, the business continued to charge my credit card after I canceled my membership (and blamed their “system” for being unable to issue me a refund). So, on top of a pay cut & a pandemic, I had to go through the dispute process with my bank in order to get my money back. I had every intention to go back to the studio once my salary got reinstated because I truly loved the workout and community, but unfortunately I just can’t trust the business practices here.

I was a member of Pure Barre Oak Creek for 1 year, and I loved the variety of classes. All of the teachers I had were wonderful: very knowledgeable and motivating.With all of that said, I unfortunately needed to cancel my membership after a year due to financial reasons, and Ive been spending the last 2 months trying to cancel, with no luck. It took me multiple phone calls and emails over the course of 2 weeks to finally track down an initial response. At this point, they claimed that they put in my 30 day written notice to cancel, and my membership would be set to end on 1/17. However, my membership has just been auto-renewed again for another month, and Ive been charged again. And when I emailed back to follow-up, I received an OOO message that the owners are the only ones who can handle cancellation requests, and they will be OOO until 2/8. So now I have to wait another couple of weeks to find out if they will even issue a refund for incorrectly charging me another month and not pushing my cancellation through as requested.Its unfortunate that the lack of communication and professionalism is negatively affecting an otherwise great environment.

It is a great workout. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the prices to join. Definitely worth it for someone who lives close by and wants to have a group exercisej program.

Absolutely LOVE PURE BARRE OAK CREEK! All of the teachers are incredible and really take the time to help you understand the moves by breaking them down for you. The community at PBOC has become like a family! Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try barre and, your first class is FREE!!

Absolutely LOVE doing Pure Barre. I got hooked on it when I lived in Chicago and am so happy they are now in Oak Creek. Its such a great workout in just 50 min! Highly recommend giving it a try. The studio owner and instructors are so friendly and helpful.

I have been a member for almost a year now and I am so happy I joined! The owners and instructors take a personal interest in getting to know you, showing encouragement, and giving positive feedback. Jamie threw a Barre-ty for my best friend’s bachelorette party. It was amazing and such a great way to spend girl time! She recognizes people for their achievement with mini parties, pictures, and gifts for 100 classes, 250 classes, etc.They have done a really good job with COVID-19 in making sure all equipment is sanitized, we maintain social distancing, and we have hand sanitizer and a clean studio space. I feel very confident in this studio, establishment, and all the staff.I have been so happy with the toning, strength, and endurance I have built with my workouts. You get what you give. It’s such a great full body work out that I will continue to incorporate in my life. If you haven’t tried it, now’s the time!!!

Great studio & great instructors! They really help you to make sure you are doing the small movements correctly while keeping good form. Great workout in just 50 minutes. So glad Pure Barre came to Oak Creek!

Less than impressed with the ownership here. Only sign up if you want to get swindled out of your money in the middle of a pandemic.

In 50 minutes you leave the studio feeling like you’ve really gotten a great workout!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Be warned that the option to freeze your account actually means they will charge you for a full month anyway.
