My wifes Ipad screen broke during a car trip last week and I saw their sign while shopping so I stopped by yesterday and got a very reasonable quote for repair with only an hour service time. GREAT service and price. Morale: Happy Wife, Happy Life. Thanks guys.

Extremely smokey. They have more casino floor for the smokers then the nonsmokers which is crazy in todays world. Same slots i can play at other casinos.

Andy at Device Mechanics went above and beyond to help my niece with a cracked cell phone traveling to Racine to make the repair. The repairs were done in only a half hour and the screen was good as new. I highly recommend Device Mechanics!!

My iPhone 6 had a shattered screen, so I took it here to get fixed. First screen had a very odd color to it, so I took it back. They replaced it again, but this time, the screen only lasted a few days. Sadly, it didnt stop working until I was on a flight to Las Vegas. Took the phone to a shop out West, and they got the phone working. They did tell me that the new place that I took it to the first time didnt use genuine Foxconn parts, and that it was basically another faulty screen. I would definitely not recommend this place.

If there was a negative star option, I would have chose that. I am almost at a loss of words for how horrible my expience was. First of all, the worker, Kyle N, mentioned nothing about any risk associated with the screen replacement operation about but insisted I sign a contract. Upon returning to pick up my “fixed” phone I noticed the thumb print detector was entirely broken. When I returned just minutes later and inquired about why it wasn’t working, he insisted it happened frequently. Now, common sense would suggest that a company would NOT be able to stay in business if half the devices brought in were returned even more broken than they started as, so I called their other office which was honest and helpful with me. They ensured me it was a botch job and in fact not a regular occurance. By this point I had already wasted an hour of time with this utterly useless storefront. I then went back in to have him fix it as I’d just found out from a more experienced and knowledgable worker of the fact that this does not happen on the daily. Kyle told me he could not do anything about it “at this point”. If he knew of such a high probability of this happening, he should have made it known beforehand. The worker was childish and useless. We now asked for a refund and for the previous broken screen to be replaced as I would much rather live with a broken screen than a broken home button, as would most sane people. When the old screen had been returned, we waited for a call for 30 minutes to tell us it was finished and that we could return to pick it up. After getting no call we returned to find him finished, lounging in the back instead of calling the given number. If you are looking to have any replacement work done on your phone please find an actual, experienced company and not this scam shop.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would this place is absolutely garbage. I came in the morning of August 19, 2016because my iphone 5s screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. The employee Brad was his name tells me the cost will be 100$ plus tax and I know the screens are 22$ online at amazon so I figured wow Im paying 80$ for a 20 minute job... No problem because I just needed it replaced since I use my phone for work. I come back 2 hours later as he told me too and the phone is still not finished, but NOW HAS TO BE RESET so I have a NEW PROBLEM after I dropped it off to Brad. Then he tells me Im not really familiar with apple phones...how come you didnt tell me that before hand ?It only gets better he said Im reading forums online to solve the problem and its saying we should restart the phone so we can fix it. I said sure whatever it takes long story short he couldnt restore my phone and put my old screen back. I would think for messing a customers phone you would just leave the new screen or give the customer something for their troubles.At the end of the day if you need your phone fixed or screen replaced do not go here if you want to save yourself some headache.

Went here with my iphone for screen replacement. They do it in a short period of time but the workmanship or materials is inferior. My screen did not adhere correctly and slowly pulled away from the device which made the screen more susceptible to breaking. Returned and left second time with same results. Made the mistake of taking daughters iphone and sons ipad there for screen replacement and had the same exact results. When my wife retuned to the store with the 90 day warranty in hand they replied that it was not cause by them but instead by the user. So the warranty is useless and the workmanship/materials is/are inferior.

If you enjoy hanging around a small store for a few days for hours at a time, this is the place! Purchased a new phone with cash, 3 days later and hours spent with them trying to fix it is still not correct.
