I came into your store today to get my phone fixed. The guy said two hours. 5 hours later, they call me to tell me my phone is ready for pick up at around 4:15pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and the doors are locked with a paper sign that says today theyre closed and if you are picking up, to knock on the door. I knocked several times and got no answer. I called several times and got no answer. How are they closed today when I came in today? This is completely unprofessional and a disrespectful waste of my time. On top of all of this, the guy I spoke with said they did extra repairs to my phone that I did not request and also told me that clients with insurance got priority over other customers although I came first with cash. I really cant believe this is the poor representation of your company because of the lack of professionalism I have received at your Oak Creek store today.

I recently brought a laptop in for repair. Everyone I dealt with was great. Excellent service. Will definitely be back for computer or phone repairs.

We tried turning on a voice assistant setting on our Samsung Galaxy phone, but for some strange reason, turning it on made the phone unusable. The phone started spewing out gibberish and pressing the keys did nothing. We tried everything to figure out how to get back to normal (Google, You Tube, etc.) but could never get past the password screen. We took it to uBreakiFix in Oak Creek, fully expecting nothing could be done, or perhaps the phone would have to be fully reset and all contacts and pictures would be lost. They started working on it and in short time figured out how to get past the password screen and eventually to the setting that was causing the issue. The work took patience and knowing how to time taps on the screen to make it happen. But they figured out the issue and got the phone back to normal without losing any data. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. When we asked them how much we owed them, they said no charge. Amazing. Great service and great technical knowledge. We would gladly go back to them with any future tech issues.

Maya(i think her name is) helped me get my friends Galaxy s10+ fixed in a very short amount of time and was very friendly and knowledgeable! Also talked me into coming back in again to fix my Xbox one, which I didnt even know they did until she recommended it. Ill definitely be back! Very happy customer!

Quality work. No hassle. Broke my screen Sat night and sun i made an ins claim. Dropped phone off and it was fixed 2 hours later. The man working was very knowledgeable about screen protectors as well.

Jeffrey helped me troubleshoot a Bluetooth issue on my phone before replacing the screen (to make sure the phone worked before installing a whole new screen). The installation was done in about 1.5 hours, which was great since I was a walk-in at 5pm. I’d definitely recommend this location.

I ended up going in here because my sd got stuck in my phone w out the sd tray. Within a minute i was greeted by a freshly, professional, personable man named Jeff he explained the situation n and what he needed to do quickly. Fixed it FOR FREE!!! Went in because of charging issues so I went in for an estimate on a new charging port and or if they resolder the original. Before I could actually say that, Eric took my phone and saw it was clogged so he took my phone in back to see if he could clean it out. When Eric came back out with for another customer, Ricky came out and said all done. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great service that was quick and very professional. Eric even recommended different options to prevent the same issue from happening again. Thanks again guys.

Took my phone to fix my cracked screen. Customer service was excellent. Was told immediately how much the repairs would cost, how long it would take for repairs to be done as well as given advice on different screen protector to keep this from happening.

I took in my 2012 Mac book for a diagnostic because it wasnt working. I didnt hear from them for 6 days. When they finally called me the guy on the phone didnt seem like he knew what he was talking about. I went to go pick it up and there was multiple scratches on the laptop that were not there when I brought it in. I told them and the women said there was nothing they could do because its over 10 years old which is incorrect. She said that its normal wear and tear and that they didnt scratch it up but they did. 0/10 never going there again.

Went there to get my Xbox fixed May 3rd and they told me that product could take 24-48 hours to be fixed, which I completely understood considering there was going to be people ahead of me that day and apparently some ‘insurance claims the day after. Did not receive any calls at all yesterday the 4th about my product and that I did not mind either. Now today I called in to see what was going on considering the 48 hours were almost due and the answer was that they had 4 Different Xbox consoles and the guy didn’t know what to do. How do they not communicate with each other to make sure they’re all aware on what to do with each device? My device may or may not be returned by today which will be way past the 48 hour mark. I wish I would’ve been called at least to be asked what needed to be done to my Xbox instead of having to call just for the technician to ask me what I brought it there for.

Very poor service. Very inexperienced employees. Jeffery had my phone for 6+ hours. Tried keeping it through to the next day but needed it back and couldnt wait any longer because I had a flight to catch. I got my phone back with the crack fixed but the color gama/green screen still wasnt fixed. Had it fixed twice in the past. Both techs fixed the green screen problem as well. Not sure what happened in this case. But beware taking your phone here if your looking for top notch professional service.

Walked in to the Oak Creek, WI UBreak-IFix on 4-1-21 to have our Galaxy S8s repaired. Used our Asurion insurance for the cracked screens. Eric and Jeffrey were courteous and professional. Explained everything and had our phones repaired in the 2 hours they promised. Hopefully we wont need repairs again, but if we do, well definitely use this store.

I never knew how much of a phone is replaced with a screen replacement, 60% and a new battery. Now thats a deal.

Do not bring your phone here to get fixed. Jeffery who runs the shop here is very unprofessional and inexperienced. Had my phone for 6+ hours . I go to pick it up and the glass was fixed but not the screen and played it off as if it was just color inverted but its not the case. Had no issue at other locations the other 2 times I got the same phone fixed. Very inexperienced staff at this location. In that time could have just got a new phone but now the cell phone store is closed. Big waste of my time. Stay away from this store. (Edit) This review is not fake it was under my wifes business account pure romance.(Amber). How about take responsibility for poor service . Try it once. Also asurion had to send out a new phone because the problem was not fixed. Jeffery your store manager admitted is that he lacks experience and that he couldnt promise me that the phone would be fixed from his previous experience.

This is not a fake review. I came two Mondays ago. You guys could not fix my LG stylo 6. I went to t- mobile first and they sent me to uBreakiFix. I dont know how you would have records of Jet Mullens since we did ended up not doing any business. I do have record of it. I just looked at google activity and my location shows I went from T-Mobile to uBreakiFix. You mad bro?

They were the required repair facility for my Samsung Note 10+ warranty issue. They fixed the phone adequately, but I was unable to use my backup due to a software compatibility issue. I spoke to a manager who said they would try to help. When I called to arrange bringing in the phone, another staff member would not let me talk to her and just kept telling me they take no responsibility for data loss, and Im on my own. When I reached back out directly to the manager, she never returned my call. If 0* was an option, I would have given that.
