For the past few months the place has been open sparingly. When you ask whats going on you get told different list of things based on whatever day it is. I have been told that covid-19 was in the place they had to close. I have been told that the computers are all bad so they had to close. I spoke to a very sassy assistant manager, that truly could care less what you think and refers you constantly to her manager who is rarely here. Its got to be one of the worst run places when theres a a problem to resolve. There is no talk of compensation for monthly subscriptions. Is turning out to be just tough business for you if you are a monthly customer. I will take my business elsewhere. As long as its open its a good place to be... But as a monthly subscriber I get the worst end of the deal, because I have to go somewhere else to wash my car and so far Ive had to pay them as well. I will cancel my subscription thats a certainty. I advise anyone that is seeking up my free subscription to go anywhere else

5-18-21 Not open for full service inside, outside (even though mask restrictions were removed by CDC owner wont let workers do in/outsides). I got the deluxe but it wasnt worth it. I probably could have gotten regular wash. Doesnt clean aero dynamic parts of SUV (designed ridges near windows). Free vacuum really worthless.

This place ALWAYS under maintenance. I went there last week and they were under maintenance. I went there today and they are still under maintenance. I payed monthly membership with unlimited car wash, but I did not receive any email or text notifications about the maintenance. waste of time.

If youre looking for a quick convenient wash, this place is perfect. For a higher quality wash that gets all those pesky bugs off your front bumper and windshield after a long road trip, youre better off heading to one of the do it yourself places.

Very good car wash service with free vacuum cleaning

Terrible experience. I now have two long scratches on the roof of my new car (one above the windshield and the other above the rear window) from the car wash. My mistake for not going to a touch-free wash, but Ive never seen this bad of damage from a car wash.

I went for a routine car wash on a Saturday, and the rear brake light cover on top of my back window smashed during the car wash, I even heard it pop while in the car wash. The worker told me to stop in or call on Monday to speak to the manager because of the damage. I called the Manager only to tell me they are not responsible for any damages. Why did they have me call? So frustrating. I would not recommend! Go to a touchless car wash instead.

Trash. Paid for the unlimited washes 20 a month, cant even get a hold of anyone to cancel. They are always under maintenance so you cant even get another car wash after the first one. Waste of time driving all the way over there to find out no one is there.

I love the free vacuums

This place is amazing. The aroma and the air outside of of the main car wash is adequate. You get as many free vacuums you want, and they provide many tools to do so. The cad wash is quick and detailed. Youre car will enjoy the fresh new clean.

Just stopped by for a quick wash & really got a good wash. 2 attendants presaged car & after I pulled out from drying there were terry cloth towels & free vacuums to use. Maybe a quick check on suction first might help but was an excellent car wash center.

I dont have outside electricity, so I have to find vacuums. The plus with this place is the window cleaning fluid and cloths. But unlike the place Ive used before, this only has the claw vac. The other place had the claw type and the crevice tool. I missed the crevice tool. The wash was good. Not all the bugs were off the front of the car, but I stopped back at the vacuums and got them off with a towel. Pickerel, good experience.

Great system for washing. Wait time is very minimal if at all. Unlimited washes for $20 month. Free vacuums, towels and sprays. Plenty of stalls to dry/vacuum car.

Love the monthly packages. Car wash is decent and cleans but doesnt damage my car or rims. Towels are usually stinky, but they are available. Attendants are always nice, and capable of handling all the billing needs right at my car window. Convenient!

Good wash. Not as good as their competitors in the area. They advertise full service, but it seems as if they can only do one car at a time when they are appropriately staffed.

Waited in line for almost 10 minutes to get into the actual car wash due to the lady in front taking her time discussing her wash options with the attendant.What the attendant should have done is ask the lady to park aside and let the by now 8 deep car wash line proceed to wash their vehicles.This is not how you retain customers, specially! When there is so much competition in the far wash business.I will be going elsewhere in future.I do not recommend it.

Quick, easy and cheap. It’s a car wash and I didn’t have any interaction with anybody. Basically, I drove up with a very dirty car after weeks of snow had melted and left with a clean car.

The car wash was very well done. The inside cleaning of the console and dashboard was wonderful. He vacuumed my car very nicely and it smells good! The inside waiting area was very clean and safe. I was not going to come because of the other reviews and I said you know what, I believe a business corrects itself after it gets negative reviews, and boy did they!!

Their monthly packages are the best around. I always sign up in the winter for the underbody flush to help out with the salt. Great service all the time and if you go inside during the winter they will still give you towels and cleaner.

I go to this place often. They offer a great range of different services. I wouldnt recommend the $5 dollar car wash they advertise though.....it really didnt do anything for my truck.Other than that I would definitely suggest this place!

My wife and I were really wary of this place. We signed up for the text alerts and got a free car wash after using the nice vacuums and window cleaner/rags for free, leaving with a totally clean car for free wondering what the catch might be.. There didnt seem to be one.Very clean and well kept, definitely coming back!

Wish I got the names of the guys, got an oil change done. They were fast and very nice guys explained a few things and suggestions about my coolant and sent me on my way before leaving I got my car washed. Wasnt even there long.

I have a membership in this car wash and most likely I do always wash it in weekends and for the last 3 weeks it’s been closed for maintenance that what they said and during the week too happened I don’t know why you guys don’t do the maintenance at night, or are you trying to save some electric by doing that,, I’m paying for my membership monthly and I expect to find the car wash works when I come and want to wash my car and I believe everyone wants that and when you want to close for maintenance please put the days that you closed in extension our membershipsThanksAn update last couple times washed my car in, got scratches from machine brush so I’ll cancel my membership there and never go back

For the price they charge there should be people wiping the car down after it goes through the automatic wash. I can get just as good of a wash for less than half the price at Scrub a Dub

Got the $10 wash & wax. The bugs on the front of the car not removed. But the use of window cleaner base up for that. Vac could use a narrow nozzle like the other free vac with wash place in town.

First time here, I was hoping to schedule a interior detail but I was told they were booked out pretty far for that on the weekends.I did get the Better Wash & added full service and ala cart 2 mats to be cleaned, it ended up being just under $30 & in all honesty it was totally worth every penny. They washed the exterior and cleaned interior of a Jeep that was driven back & forth to CA (mad smashed bugs in the grill), had the top off for several months & not been wiped down/vaccumed all summer - the outcome was better than I e-v-e-r expected. My only complaint, and its not really a complaint per se was the lady that helped me for the entire transaction including doing the interior work. While she provided truly excellent service, especially in the interior cleaning of my Jeep, she was a bit abrasive in her interaction with me. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. Overall very happy with the wash/express detail service.

I just find out they charge me twice for my monthly car wash, when I went for my car wash Sundaythe lady she told me my monthly pass expired, and I been charge twice for it alreadywhat kind of management you gays have, it suppose to a nice business in a nice area toonot sheeting your customers

I went there first time and choose deluxe car wash as I had 50# coupon. Also, I added $10 to get interiors done. The car wash as well as the vacuum was done very poorly. There are lots of spots (especially caused by insects that crash against the car in highways) in the front bumper which did not go off and I did vacuum again by myself as it was available for free for selfI will not go there again. I started searching for other car wash centers in oak creek area

What’s the benefits if they close during the snow day. It’s not fair they did not mention that in the contract. It is not worth to have monthly payment with them.

Great service affordable price

I used this place once a week while driving for Uber. Its a very good no-frills style car wash, although you can pay for some typical frills if you want. More importantly its got a good location, long hours, and costs less (while does more) than the tiny drive-thru car washes you find at gas stations. Plus free vacuums after the wash, with the cheap $5 wash its literally cheaper to go here and buy a wash you dont even need than pay $1/min at the DIY car washes.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Went in here tonight and came out with scratches all over my BRAND NEW CAR (havent even had it a WEEK). Chips in the paint and scratches on the front and sides from the brushes that hit the car too hard. Theyre extremely noticeable on my black car. Waiting on a response from the general manager because the assistant manager wasnt sure how to handle it.
