I went in with my son to explain that the battery continues to go dead and the Transmission stays in high gear and never down shifts . It worked fine before the interlock was installed. The technician said that I need to keep calling and have to make a separate appointment to get these issues resolved. When I call I just get recorded messages. Also on install day they got the key stuck in the Ignition and took the steering column apart so they could get the key out and left the steering column apart a bit. Never has this car had that problem either. I RATED THEM A 1 BECAUSE I am giving them a chance to make it right with my son and Iand solve the issues. They can easily have me give them a 5 if they would just work with me on these issues. Thank you. Please answer your phone.Okay, I said I would be back. Took my sons car back today and they addressed the issues we were having and resolved them. Transmission works again and key issues solved,, Battery issues solved I hope, they did good, found a cable that must have came loose during install. I took it back to West allis where it was installed and a few hours later they found the problem. So now they get 4 stars . I know I saud I would give them 5 but the inconvenience made it a 4. Thank you very much Tang. I appreciate your wisdom and efforts on resolving this to make the car work as it did before the install.
They are very quick and easy and they helped me out a few times by waiving some fees. Overall good experience.
My fault but device is simple to use and recalibration goes quick in and out fast
