I have been employed with this company for 3 years have never been late nor tardy. I worked 10 plus hours a day. I am a very reliable and a hardworker. I was a shuttle driver full time worker and trainer. I held 3 positions.I got Corona virus July 30th and told them I was quarantined afterwards. I called on the thursday the 13th of August to see when I could return but was told I needed a doctors excuse but I have no doctor, so I had to go test again in order to get a negative test result. Now as I was waiting on my test results which takes 3 days my mangers sam brown puts me in for a no call no show that Monday the 17th, Tuesday the 18th, Wednesday the 19th and then fired me on the 20th. I got my letter the following Monday the 24th which stated I voluntarily resign and if that wasnt my intentions to call. so I immediately called and was told the decision was final. so now I am unemployed during this dire pandemic and cant file unemployment because my records indicate I resigned. i believe i was let go for several personal reasons with the manager on top of me having Corona. they didnt want the other drivers to know I had Corona nor the elmbrook school district so to keep their contract they let me go not caring about my life my family and all the hard work I put in. i was there when they opened that terminal. now I feel railroaded and unappreciated. not a company to work for because they dont care about their employees in dire situations.
Wish we could leave 0 stars..we booked Go Riteway for our wedding to shuttle guests back to the hotel from the venue. The driver John was less than friendly and would not park in front of the entry or get out of the shuttle to announce to guests waiting that he was present to pick them up so they knew he was there and could come aboard the shuttle. He would take much longer than the drive time needed to come back to the venue after dropping guests off at the hotel, and when asked kindly why the long wait he didn’t have an answer. Guests had to wait for an exceptionally long time to be picked up who were counting on their ride being there for the time frame we paid the shuttle, including elderly and chronically ill guests. I am upset we booked and paid this company as they do not deserve our money.

I have used Go Riteway constantly for transportation to and from MKE; definitely a reasonably priced service for a shuttle. It was a great move by the company to improve their shuttles to a more safe, modern vehicle. Their drivers are professional, safety aware, and have a good understanding if the customers want conversation or a quiet ride.A change that I just noticed that Go Riteway had just made was when you book a trip- that I was charged with gratuity INCLUDED! This needs to change back, its nice to control how much you give your driver; there are many factors that can effect how much the tip is. Is this a way the company can pay their drivers a lower rate?Go Riteway, change it back and give the customer an option on the amount of the tip
Our airport hotel uses Go Riteway for night service, since their shuttle does not run. We had a reservation for 4:45am, and after the hotel calling twice, our shuttle(number 289) finally arrived at 5:05am! When it comes to getting to the airport, timeliness matters. When the woman at the front desk called the service her response was an apathetic “you should be alright.” Arriving 20 minutes late for a reservation is unacceptable.
Amazing. All around amazing from the dispatcher to our driver, Steve Hill! Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a shuttle somewhere or anything!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!Booked in advance for a trip from Mitchel Airport. Flight arrived on time at 4pm on a Thursday. Went to the Riteway desk--no one there. Courtesy phone rang and rang--no answer. Another customer said she had been there for an hour--no one at counter. Riteway employee finally showed up and confirmed my reservation. Waited for almost an hour when Riteway employee said it would be at least 30 more minutes. Called an Uber ride who was there in a minute. Uber ride was $15 less than Riteway and Riteway refused to refund! Stay away from Riteway-they truly dont care!
The drivers of Go Riteway are amazing. They go above and beyond to help you reach your destination! The executive drivers are professional, and caring! I highly recommend Go Riteway service!
Always had great drivers and great service from them, but they recently stopped offering shared ride services to outlying areas and have put the price up by more than 50% by forcing users to use a dedicated vehicle. The company I work for is unlikely to pay more for the shuttle service than they are for the flights and so Im forced to go elsewhere. Unimpressed that they decided to essentially cut off service to areas further out. I cant see how they were losing money at $150/round trip, but pushing it to $250/round trip is simply scandalous. I found another private ride company (rhymes with Roober) which will do the trip for less than I was being charged by GoRiteway originally and regret that this is likely where my money will be going in the future. Very disappointed.
Easy way to get to the Airport and home and not pay for airport parking
Use Uber or hotel shuttle. Customer service is horrible and guy at counter was an a-hole and was short and rude to everyone while texting on his phone the whole time. Although price is not always more than Uber, you’ll be put in a shuttle with various other drop offs and have to wait at the airport. Would never recommend this service.

My Bus driver crashed my bus today after missing a bus stop. The bus went right into a ditch.
Some drivers are really mean and I encountered one that had a terrible services attitude when I asked her to pick up my wife and kid like 100 ft away from where they used to pick up. Called the manager to ask for my tip and they declined it like tipping the horrible driver is mandatory.
Cabs are way way cheaper if you traveling 2 or more. Scammers.....
Dont use. They double booked private van to downtown and had to stop at other passengers hotel first.
