They did a great job! The reservation procedure was clear and precise. The driver was there 15 minutes early and called an hour before just to see if we needed anything. We had a group of 18 travel from Milwaukee to Green Bay for the Panthers vs Packers game. The vehicle was excellent. Our driver Javier was very safe and treated us first class. He drove in very snowy conditions and his skills were remarkable. I highly recommend them!!

I am so happy we went with Blackline for our wedding day transportation! We had the party bus for our bridal party as well as for shuttling wedding guests to the hotels at the end of the night.In the planning stage, everything was so stress-free. Everyone at the office was so friendly. I dropped off the drinks to stock the party bus a few days before the wedding, and we went through the final route and plan. We even made changes for napkin colors in the bus, and nobody blinked an eye at last minute changes!Javier was our driver and he was so professional and courteous. You could tell he really cares about making sure the bride and groom, and all of their guests, are given the best service. He offered to take photos for the brides family, including the flower girls and their fathers, when he was waiting to transport the bridal party. He made sure everyone had a great time! He timed everything perfectly and made sure we got to our cocktail hour at the time we wanted to be there; even with traffic! Javier went above and beyond!Thanks for making our day so stress-free!

Great drivers and on time and dependable which is really important on a wedding day. Have also used them in the past for a family outing and again that was a 1st class experience.

FANTASTIC. Rented a limousine and party bus for our daughters wedding this past weekend and this company and its associates are wonderful. Dan and Steve, our drivers, were professional, pleasant, and just wonderful. From the first phone call inquiring about the rental, the staff on the phone put me at ease that everything will go well. They were right. The limo and party bus were clean and updated. The drivers kept me updated via text upon arrival, where they were, how to contact them, etc, via text. Everything went according to plan from red carpets to wedding colored napkins. The wedding party told me Dan was funny which fit the party bus perfectly. I forgot items in the limo upon arrival back at the reception site. I received a text from Steve that he realized that and returned to the site and left my items with the hotel desk manager. How awesome was that!! We have rented limousines many times before but first time through Blackline- forever customer now.

We used their party bus last month for my cousins wedding. It was exceptional. The driver was phenomenal and made sure we all had a blast on the party bus while he kept us safe and comfortable. I even left my phone on there and on Monday morning I went to the office and not only did they have my phone, but they were charging it for me! Great company, great fleet of vehicles and drivers, very fairly priced and helped us have a blast as a family!

We had a fantastic experience working with Blackline Limo for our wedding!! Kim was great to work with, answered my many questions and one of our shuttle vans was upgraded to a limo!! Our beer was well stocked and cold for our bridal party (we just wished we had brought a bottle opener as there wasnt one on the bus and the driver didnt have one) The bus was brand new looking and had all the extras you could need or want. We were very happy we chose this company!!

Had a great experience with Blackline Limousines. We were able to drop off drinks ahead of time so when we all got on the bus they were already cold and waiting for us and then we’re able to pick up leftover later. They even gave us one of their newer buses and had champagne classes for everyone with napkins in our wedding color! Great service.

Used Blackline to go from Oak Creek to O’Hare. Steve was our driver. Showed up about 10 minutes early so he could have us on the road at our desired time. Very prompt, very polite, great driver. Needed a party bus for a large wedding party and their significant others. The bus was outstanding! Had lights, great speakers, chilled coolers and the best part was we dropped the drinks off the day before for them to pre chill. Staff was very nice and congratulated us. Highly recommend.

We used Blackline on our wedding day to take our wedding party from the ceremony to a location for pictures and then to the reception. They arrived on time and everything went smoothly, and our driver Leroy was very friendly and professional.We went with the 16 passenger party bus. It was very clean, and the napkins in the wine glasses matched our wedding colors, which was a nice touch. Also a bonus that the radio had Bluetooth so we could play our wedding limo playlist.

RoadRage Limousines. Scared for my life in this vehicle. The very old driver with white hair (white male) has a road rage problem. He was picking us up at Brewhouse INN & Suites in Milwaukee and blocked the entire road during a rush hour morning. The cars and construction workers trying to work couldnt get by and were waiting for 10 minutes. They honked and yelled but he started to walk towards them to fight with them instead of doing his job. Knowing he was holding up hard working construction workers and cars, he continued to take his time. After he got back into his Limo, he used the vehicle as a blockade and pulled in front of another car trying to get by in a fit of road rage in attempt to escalate the situation and delay more cars. The car handled it calmly and finally got by and it was over. I was scared for my life as we were right in the inner city. I would never get in a car with these people again.

Always professional, friendly, and courteous. Awesome chauffeurs! The office staff is always very helpful and totally flexible, even with last minute changes. I use them for everything.

We booked a limo for an airport dropoff on short notice after another service canceled with us 2 days before leaving. Blackline was prompt in responding and great to work with. Our pickup was 4:15am. Our driver was there on time and very helpful getting us on our way. The limo was very nice. Nicer than two other services Ive used. On our way home the driver texted us letting us know he was waiting as soon as we landed. Ill definitely use Blackline again.

BEWARE!!! What a horrible website! I tried to book something and the site kept hanging up after processing the credit card. Amex called me with an alert. I tried cancelling my order which I couldnt find in the system (even though they tried to bill Amex) Good luck finding a phone number to call.
