Very clean. Excellent customer service. Friendly and courteous. Loyal clientele. People have gone to other laundromats in the area but prefer to come back here.

I come once a week. I love that they open early Sunday mornings. This place is very clean and pleasant. The attendant is very friendly and makes the experience very pleasant.

This service as been a great help for me, I dont drive and had to be struggling every week back and foe in uber to the laundrymat, Everything changed when i found Laundry Basket, my struggles back and foe to the laundry is now over. They pickup and drop off your clothes in a timely fashion, they are easy to talk with concerning any situation with your clothes or given special instructions, The staff is welcoming, easy to talk with about any situation with your cloth, the driver, are polite and courteous.Thanks for your service LAUNDRY BASKET 🧺 😊

Keep in mind I don’t ever leave reviews for places. I don’t like leaving bad reviews. With that being said I am NEVER going here again for wash and fold. I work construction and don’t like washing my work clothes in my home washing machine so I figured I’d take them here to try em out. Price seemed reasonable so I had them do it. I had someone pick up my clothes for me and they called me to tell me that the laundry place messed up and mixed my wash in with another guys. The other guy went to pick his wash up and had to sort through both of our stuff to find his stuff. Needless to say I’m now missing clothes. A pair of pants and two shirts. One of which is a brand new thermal. To make it even better no one is answering the phone either! If you like your clothing to be yours and no end up at someone else’s house do yourself a favor and stay away. Thanks for nothing!

Clean, attendant on duty, air conditioned. Tip: use the largest washing machines saves 75 cents per load.

Its alright. They have cameras now so I guess having security helps. Edited my review because since then I have visited twice and both times the attendant did not have a mask on.

Did not appreciate how I was treated. Will not be coming back.
