I walked in never having used a laundromat before. I may have looked a little lost but one of the ladies that worked there saw me and showed me how to do everything place was very clean, quiet and plenty of machines available. A very pleasant first experience

The laundry mat is always clean. Fair prices for machines and their drop off service is amazing! They fold every piece with care and precision. I even left money in my pants and they returned it, that was a BIG plus in my book!! Honest, clean and reliable what more would you want for a local laundrymat.

Place is always clean, prices are fair and depending on how much you’ve spent on the wash the dryer is free. The machines work through card and I’d say the machines are hardly ever broken so it accommodates the customers well. They also provide drop off service.

Good spot. Its always clean, the staff are helpful. Has vending machines, tvs, bathrooms, big washers, small washers, plenty of washers, and dryers. Refillable card, nice n easy.

Free parking- neat and clean attendants are constantly cleaning... I gave 3 stars because there is never any hot water so if youre going there to wash with cold or luke warm water you will like the place but dont expect to wash with HOT water because there never is and I have mentioned it to the attendant but still no change.

Place says they close at 10 last wash is 8:30....got there at 7:55....south american lady tells me to hurry that theyre closing at 9:30 when online it clearly says they close at 10 smh... Ive been coming here for about two years... Im definitely switching laundry mats

They ruined my bed comforter which cost me over $100 and still charged me $20. I left it there to wash and dry. I have previously washed and dried it myself without any damage. When I called to explain what happened, the manager said he would tell the owner. He did not ask for a name or number. I am not sure how telling the owner would help my loss of over $100. I’ve tried to call several times and nobody answers the phone. This place has poor customer service for sure.

The card readers on the machine all have problems reading the card and literally have to inset the card about 15 times to get it to work, now image if you have 4 dryers and you have to insert the card 15 times to get each credit. I spend more time trying to get the dryers to work than actually drying my clothes.

Well kept business.I appreciate that they clean their washers/dryers periodically and I dont have to see any laundry detergent or lint build-up. Although a bit pricey, they offer free drying - the more you wash, the less you pay for drying. The ladies who service the laundromat are very friendly. I love that I dont have to use quarters, so its also very convenient. They charge a fee of $1.00 for new laundry cards, so dont lose yours.The only downside is that although their parking lot is very spacious, it lacks in lighting, which I consider to be a safety concern.

I enjoy coming here to do my laundry, i go 15 minutes out of my way to do so. I come at night due to my schedule and the night staff is rude. The facility closes at 10pm I came at 8pm and by 9:30pm the tvs are off and the staff is sitting impatiently waiting for us to leave. They huff and puff as we removed our clothes from the drier, if the facility is supposed to close at 10pm we should be able to leave there feeling like we aren’t being kicked out. we will be in contact with the owner.

Disorganized!I dropped off a bag of laundry for their Wash/Dry/Fold service, at 10am. I asked when it would be ready and they said come back at 7. I tried to call at 5:30 to see if it was ready yet, but neither of the phone numbers on their website were working. So I go back at 7 to pick it up and not only is it not done, it hadnt even been started. The employees that were on shift at that point didnt know anything about it, or that I was coming. Now, they were apologetic and I understand things get mixed up, so okay, it was a little annoying, but whatever, stuff happens right? So I asked when it would be ready. Would it be ready by closing today, or should I come back tomorrow, and if I come back tomorrow than what time should I come back? The two women just kept talking to each other in Spanish about it and couldnt give me a straight answer. Finally they said come back tomorrow at 7am. Well after all that, I decided to just take the clothes and wash them myself somewhere else.

They dont even deserve 1 star. I was using this place for 6 months for drop off service. Couple of times I noticed that I was missing t-shirt and socks which I didnt care but last time I was missing 2 huge towels, 1 small towel and the tshirt. They are disorganize, loosing customers stuff and dont even care. I will never ever use this laundromat and dont suggest you to use if you dont want your stuff to get lost.

I use the laundry service and loved it but unfortunately someone either steals clothes or mixes them with other customers but either way its unacceptable. I expect every piece of clothing I drop off returned to me and not to be missing brand new pairs of jeans.

This laundromat closes at 10. I came in at 8 to do a small load, which just consist of my work uniforms. The English speaking worker gave me a hard time and told me I have to stay the whole time and wait. She locked the door behind me at 8, meanwhile, I told this lady I will be back by 9:40 the latest (knowing it was just my uniforms) and still nothing. However, a customer walked in at 9:15 and she accepted his drop-off load, but I thought she was “locking” the door. Talk about customer service. Never had a problem here until today. I understand she wants to leave at 10, but if your scheduled until 10 then you have to stay til 10.

Very clean. Only downside for me is, when it is busy, I often have to wait for dryers to finish before I can use them which can take a while. They have too many washers and not enough dryers.

I will give this place 5 stars but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. I went last night with my husband at 7:30 and the first thing we saw when we got inside was the lady in charge giving us dirty looks. We were getting the clothes in machines and try to use the ATM but wasn’t working the lady start to basically harrast us telling us to hurry up. I was so confuse she was cleaning everything like she was about to close in 10 minutes. I couldn’t put the soap in the machine in peace I feel so uncomfortable because she was cleaning after me the whole time. I don’t expect this kind service if I drive fromNewark to Nutley is for a better service and is because we really like this place. I would love to speak with the owner this is a really big issue and as I can see I’m not the only one. Last time I came before last night I couldn’t get inside because the same lady locks the doors at 7:45. I never usually writes reviews but this lady upset me because this is no way to treat customers.

Organized, machines worked, clean, treatment. Staff that worked there not helpful at all (there may have been a language barrier). However, several of the women patrons were extremely helpful and friendly.

December/03 On Sat Night I left my cloths in the washing machine and asked the woman who works there to make sure they close at 10 Pm she said YES!!!!I went back at 9:30 PM to pick up my clothes but the place was already closed !!!!!!!!This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient !!Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get my clothes !!!Im gonna make sure to report this to the Better Business Bureau and make this place pay a fine for this Im also going to report this to the town of Nutlet and make sure this place is permanently closed

As of recently I am disappointed with the service at this place.I purchased a card and been using it for a while the Laundry Tech has a fussy attitude and would not swap out the card, she told me it’s my fault the card didn’t work and made me purchase another card.The machines are not washing the clothes right if you put a small amount of clothes thats clean the water for some reason is yellow.I also had issue with card working on dryer, i went purchased a new card dried clothes for one hour and to no avail my clothes are still wet and I used two dryers.

The owner and his employees are irresponsible.I normally drop off my laundry here every week.Everything has been great till now. I picked up my laundry sunday nite November 20th. My girlfriendand i were very busy that week so we didnt put our laundry away till Wednesday November 23rd. Thats when we realized that half off our colths were missing. I went back to the laundrymat that same night to find out what happened. I spoke to one of the employees and was told to return Friday when the owner was there. We went Friday to speak to the owner and this is whet we were told. A man put his mothers laundry into the same washer that had our laundry and left with our colths think about that ? No system on supervision over your own laundry. If thats the case why wasnt I told of this sooner? Then the owner says to return sunday when the gentleman returns our cloths. Ok no problem right? Wrong!!!! I returned sunday to only be told that the owner isnt there and niether is my laundry. You cant make this up. Told return Monday. Will update tomorrowUpdate a week past since the last post. My laundry was never found...

Online it says it closes at 10 what it should say is it closes when the female night worker there decides she’s ready to leave it was 9:45 and she was telling me I need to leave, even after I told her my clothes only had a couple minutes of drying left, ending up leaving with wet clothes won’t be back here again.
