Worst service ever! The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and not at all helpful. The other 2 customers in there said the same thing.The service at this branch used to be outstanding. I will go out of my way to avoid having to use this branch

Horrible lady at the front desk. Bitter, rude, disrespectful. Has to berate and belittle people to make herself feel better.

My shipping label was created a month ago and my package is still awaiting to be sent/ still stuck at the same facility. It’s becoming a big issue to me since I haven’t received my package nor seeing any new updates on my packages since it’s been a month . Seems like my package totally have got forgotten with other customers packages. Tried calling to get information why my package is taking forever and all I get was “no help”. I rate this 0 stars

Recent visit made me uncomfortable. Line was long and slow. The guy was not friendly. i went to Beck/5mile office. line was shorter and i got things done quickly. Try to understand that maybe they are overworking, but hopefully they can be more professional...

The lady at the front desk is not meant to be in the customer service industry and should be in the back taping up boxes away from other humans.

I had an appointment for a passport application and was extremely pleased with how it was handled. Daryell (I might have misspelled that) knew everything I needed to do, including having a satisfactory picture taken (theres a fee, and its worth every penny). He did it all thoroughly and efficiently and sent me away in minutes with a smile.

Great service and clean

We had an appointment for our infant daughter to get a passport done and arrived early and Darryl was willing to take us even though it was not our scheduled time(little did we know it was national walk in day for passports) Darryl did a phenomenal job. With our little one and was very quick and explained everything so we understood! Great service and quick! Kudos to Darryl and for all he does there!

I moved here three years ago from the west side of the state. i am confined to wheelchair with extremely fragile bones! the mail carrier here in our condo complex Lakewoode Parkhomes has in the past brought things to my door especially packages!! then one day i go to my bax and i see a notice stating n one lives at this address!! What i never filled out a change of address some one in their office decided to discriminate against me!! i have a friend who is civil rights attorney in the area and they are offering their services pro bono if i have to take legal action! this was going on before lovejoy!!!

Quite possibly the worst post office location I have ever used. Every visit is greeted with long lines and rude employees. The employees seem to be angry and under trained and have zero customer service skills. The desk is always short staffed with one worker and a line out the door. The staff is also openly rude to each other. Horrible representation of the postal service!

Do not go to this post office! I stood in line for 33 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me. The lady Michelle is the laziest employee I have ever seen. No sense of urgency as the line gets longer. She needs to be fired. It took her 20 minutes for one customer to ship her box.

One particular short chick has an attitude problem (dont know her name). Sighs really loud whenever I talk to her and acts like every part of her job is a giant inconvenience. I dread coming here. When I got my mail held here a long time ago I was told the carrier had it in their truck. Whats the point of me filling out paperwork if they dont follow the process

A lady weighted my package and showed same price of 2 day and 5 day delivery options for $10.50. So I picked 2 day option. Then she measured the box and showed the price $20. I said I want the 5 day option which should be cheaper for the measured box size. The lady told me she cant change that and told me to send it through other places! This is so ridiculous and nonsense!

I had to renew my passport today, and the lovely lady Brittney was so helpful, cheerful and patient. She helped me pick the right packaging (the one I choose was wrong), answered my questions, and even looked over my paperwork to make sure I had everything done right!Thank you for the pleasant experience!

This posts office losts my package and the worker Darryl did not know what he was doing when he sent my package and now its lost. Ive been back 3 times. He said oh its lost and gone. No help from the manager. I had to call the 800 # to get decent help. At least they care about their ratings. Do not go here ! Unless you want lost mail and bad service. Go to any other posts office. This staff is the worst. Darryl the worst. Zero stars

Parking lot VERY small. Trying to use pull up mailbox very difficult. You have to wait for customers pulling in and out of their spots and then make tight turns to get to it. A newly designed parking lot would be appreciated.

Everything negative about this post office is true. Very VERY rude staff and they behave in an unprofessional manner. Laughs at requests and unwilling to help. Drop boxes for packages are always full because they never empty them and they are always short staffed. Post office is very unorganized and dirty as well. Its like its never been cleaned. This is the worst post office I have ever been too. I try to avoid it if I can and even will drive farther to a better post office to get better service. They are just that awful that its worth the drive.

Ive never really had a major issue waiting in line or getting my mail when I get a box full notice. But I think the more important experience Ive had is that when 3 packages went missing, I called the office and Ashley was extremely friendly and helpful. She called me with updates each day until it was finally determined that my packages were most likely stolen. You dont get that kind of care from a place that doesnt understand customer service, as other reviewers have asserted is the case with this office.

Called three times...rings ten times and goes to busy signal.The quicker USPS folds the better. I was supposed to have held mail delivered, never showed.I tell everyone send me things UPS or FED EX.USPS must hire TSA rejects.

LAZY COURIERS havent delivered our mail in 10 days because of a one foot gap in the sidewalk. When I asked the next courier about it, he said Yeah, you have a pile of mail and boxes just sitting there at the office. You had a lazy driver.Thanks, guys!!! Great service!

I should be able to rate this a zero. Must be bad management. Stood in line to mail a package for 1/2 hour. One teller. Automated teller broken. No help up front. 15+ people in line.

I had problems with the delivery of a parcel. Being from outside the country (Canada) I felt helpless, but I got outstanding customer service by a lady named Veronica ! Thank you so much.

Stood in line with my toddler for 15 minutes hoping to buy holiday stamps. Once it was my turn I was informed that theyd been completely out of holiday stamps for days. I mentioned that a sign on the door stating as much wouldve been helpful. The reaction from the employee was one of utter indifference. No excuse not to do something so simple. Inarguably either utter incompetence or a complete lack of caring.

I have challenges with walking. Doctor filled out all necessary paperwork necessary for mail carrier to deliver mail to the door. She refuses. If you have specialneeds, you will NOT be treated equally. Ive spoken to post master and still no significant change. Very discouraging.

Cant agree more with the other reviews. Extremely slow service everytime Im in that place. Your best option is to get your shipping prepaid online, print, label your package, and drop off.

I ordered something from Virginia, and the utter laziness of these people is shocking. The travel from the Detroit Distribution Center to the Post Office is about an hour drive, right? The time gap between Departed Detroit Distribution Center and Arrived at Post Office was 45 hours! It even took 2 days for them to even leave the post office. Do yourself a favor, and dont do business with these people.

I mailed a package to California from Marysville, MI and it got there in 4 days. I mailed a card to Novi and its been over 2 weeks and still hasnt made it there...I dont know if it ever will.
