Overnighted a parcel. Didnt arrive. Tracking details say it is at the ship centre but apparently it isnt. Now over a day late. Its not really Overnight if after two nights its just sat at the shipping centre. Customer service number is a completely useless robot.

This is the condition of a package left on my front porch by FedEx. A driver that would deliver this to a customer should be fired.An attempt to send this picture to FedEx directly and register a complaint resulted in a case number and a promise that I would be contacted. Still have not been contacted.
I came to this location because I needed assistance finding a package. I first visited the Walgreens that the package was to be delivered at and it was not there. They sent me to a Fed Ex store right next door and they were NO HELP! They just told me to call Customer Service. After calling Customer Service Line 3 times and not having any luck finding my package I came to this location. Fortunately for me, Cathy waited on me and was very helpful. She took the time to look on the computer, make phone calls and determine the last time the package was scanned. She also explained the steps that I need to take to put in a claim for my package. All businesses would benefit by employing more people like Cathy. Thank You!!

My transplant rejection meds DID NOT get delivered by the original driver today at my job, which I paid for Express.The driver didnt care that she missed it. However, its a matter of life & death with rejection meds. Cory provided me options to retrieve the meds & offer EXCELLENT service because I was VERY upset. I have been here for 20 minutes and no one has been at the front desk.
I paid to have my package delivered next day by 10:30am (today). I had been checking the tracking info and noticed a note stating business closed-no delivery attempt. I called FedEx customer service and they got in touch with the local facility. The local facility called me right away and let me know what had happened. There was an issue with the courier and it was returned to their facility. Within an hour they located my package and just called to tell me that it will be delivered this afternoon. This was NOT their fault and they took initiative to make it right. The ladies I spoke with were very friendly and professional. I truly appreciate their great customer service and keeping me informed of the situation.
Were tired of their pricing on the website being completely different from the pricing when you actually go to ship the item. The box we shipped cost an additional 32% more when we were standing at the counter. Even considering the website only gives an estimate using the same exact details, a 32% difference is absurd.
I had a refund drop off box to ship out. I received fast and friendly service including a receipt.

FedEx lost a medical device that was paid for express overnight shipment and they delivered to the wrong address. At 1:30PM, I called them for an update and they said the homeowners had taken it into their home and were not answering the door. They said they would try again and get back to me. Ive yet to receive an update.I contacted the medical device company and they resent another one with overnight express shipment with a signature required this time. I did receive this package, however they never even knocked on the door. We watched them walk to the front porch and leave it, never even knocking to get a signature.Would NOT recommend shipping with them.
If you have a box and dont want to drive it someplace on your own I reccomend FedEx! 👍
They lost my package, an important original immigration document. I wouldnt suggest this location at all, actually I wouldnt suggest FedEx itself. I thought FedEx is a company who will never lose anything like this, there could be delays, but losing important documents is not acceptable. I am trying to write a review for FedEx itself, but couldnt find the correct place to provide feedback. I will take this to all the social media. I strongly suggest/request not to use FedEx for sending any importlanf documents.I didnt like the way they responded when I asked to continue searching for my document, if its lost its lost, please go to claims that document it so invaluable and FedEx people are not able to understand this.I am discussing with my attorneys to legally sue them.Again I strongly recommend not to use FedEx for important documents.

No idea, why they charge the overnight shipping when they dont even bother coming to the establishment where they were supposed to deliver. They told me that it shows the office was closed, so they did not even come. However, people were there waiting on the shipment and finally I had to come directly to the Fedex place to receive it.
We paid more then the items cost to get it delivered, next day . Delivery persons say they attempted delivery at 2:49 but no one was available to accept delivery.Why would I pay $30.00 just to deliver a item that I desperately needed but wasnt able to accept delivery??????? I was patiently waiting for the item. Im not so patient now!!!!!! The weather was NOT so bad that they couldnt have attempted to make delivery. Yes Im upset, and have every right to be. Im not a business but needed the part non the less.Thumbs down to Fed Ex. I could have met you down the block, I COULD HAVE MET YOU DOWN THE BLOCK. N*oh I have to drive to Novi after paying for next day air. Im being honest and very nice...

Missed a very important showing of a product to a client because one of the drivers here lied and said our business wasnt open, when it was; because they were too lazy to drop off our package.When presented with proof, Reginald Turner (the operations manager) played pass the buck with Heather (the AM manager) who never called or emailed me back.Poor drivers. Poor management. FedEx needs to get their act together and hire better people.
This is our preferred location, because the wait is consistently a quarter that of other local stores. Although this location is always bustling, customers are always greeted in a friendly manner, and I have never spent an unreasonable time in line.
My company has shipped 2-3 weekly here for years and the staff is nothing but helpful. Normally, theyre going to do all that they can to be both quick and thorough. There are a disproportionate amount if handicap parking spaces but they wont complain if you got your vehicle wherever you need it to be.

They are unprofessional people, after 3 calls they said your package is pickup fro. Location. Drive to location they said sorry it is in container and deliver in 2 days after. USPS and Ups at least better than them.
I only ever end up here because for some reason every now and then for reasons unbeknownst to me, a FedEx driver cannot locate my house.I will say that every time I do end up having to come here to pick up my undeliverable package there is never a wait, and the staff is always friendly. I just show my ID, sign, and go on my merry way.It would be nice if I stopped having to deal with this all together because having to go here is often times super inconvenient.I wont be holding my breath.
Friday afternoon I called the 800 number to see where my package was. When they told me it was at this location, they said they would call to see if I can pick it up before I go. I was then called by someone at the location and was told that I would be able to pick up my package that day as long as I came before closing at 8:30 p.m.. I confirmed the time with the woman on the phone. Drove a half hour just to find out that they already sent my package back to the sender an hour before. The worker who was servicing me in person told me that the package had been there since the 17th and they sent it out an hour before, which was not true. It had just arrived that day from the 14 mile and Haggerty location. I asked them to physically check if the package was there but they didnt. When I left after being told they already sent it out, I filed a formal complaint to the Fed Ex 800 number and on their end it was showing that the package was still at the location. Never voluntarily using Fed Ex again!
I dropped off packages from work on a pretty regular basis. The staff is friendly and the wait is usually pretty minimal.
Had to come and get my package because I couldnt get to the door in less than two seconds and the package was damaged all tho the contents were not.
Really good and quick customer service.I think FedEX should take some time and give a thought on how they can improve the layout for front desk employee to access storage area without opening number of doors every time to get customer packages.
If you value your time at all. Go anywhere else to ship your packages. Usually FedEx is pretty good but this location in particular was terrible

I havent been here more than a few times, but I have no issues to speak of. Ive seen nothing above and beyond, but they perform their duties in a courteous and timely manner.
Office very unhelpful from time to time but it is a necessity to get my packages out.
Terrible service. I received a doortag label on Thursday, 5/25 evening and called them Friday morning to hold the package as I was traveling. They told me they had to attempt to deliver the package three times irregardless of me telling them i was not going to be there before they could hold it. So, they wasted my time and theirs delivering to an empty house on Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday even though I the customer and recipient asked for a hold at the facility. Waste of gas on their part and waste of time for me. I miss the days when logic and common sense were used instead of blindly following process.

Very convenient place to drop off packages. Generally have one person working behind counter so if youre not first in line you may have to wait a minute if you need assistance or a receipt.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Didnt even want to give one star. They attempted a delivery to my address and I was not home to sign for the package so they left a door tag stating it would be at this Novi location. I came to pick it up and after waiting for a half hour they stated that they LOST it. They told me it may have gone back out and theyd call me. Well no one called me, so I had to contact them. The lady proceeded to laugh while explaining that this has never happened. Then instructed ME to do the leg work to get a reshipment. They told me they sent the information over to claims and someone would contact me. Well guess what, no one did! So I called BACK. Another rude lady. Worst experience I have had in a long time. Not sure if I even spoke to a manager after requesting to do so because the person was so rude and clueless.
