I was sold a $3,300 treat to complete package. I have been struggling to loose weight around my midsection and I was told that I would be a perfect candidate because I was training for a 1/2 marathon, watching my diet and in a healthy BMI. I have just completed 1/2 of my Bliss and Legacy treatments and there has been no noticeable change to me per my scale, measurements and clothes fitting better. I have been working with a nutritionist to make sure I am eating enough calories to fuel my body for long runs. I was told I needed to increase calories (I was in too much of a deficit) and when I mentioned my concerns about not seeing progress I was made to feel like I was sabotaging the Treat to Complete. I was told that by buying more treatments I would potentially see better results. I also had a bad reaction near my belly button after the Bliss treatment. The machine wasn’t “cooperating” and a tongue depressor was placed to hold it in place. The spot on my belly button looks like a burn mark, in the shape of a tongue depressor. I called and mentioned this and sent in a picture, but was told that there was no way to get burned.I’m concerned about finishing my treatments not only because of the hurt I experienced, but lack of results. I’m feeling like I was sold on something that does not work.

I started my treatments in April and my last legacy treatment is June 22. I had to miss a couple of appointments but made them up. Christine and Ingrid are the greatest. The only problem I have was for the money I paid, which was not easy because Im having implants done too, I didnt really see any results like I thought I was going to see. I did everything I was supposed to do to get good results, but I think some people take longer for the results to show up. I cant afford to get more treatments but I think everyone is different as far as obtaining results. Wish I could get a few more treatments but cant do it. I took advantage of the treatments because of the discount I got. Unfortunately, that was money I wasted. Reyna, the manager, is very nice but I feel like I didnt get my moneys worth.

I have been going to LightRx for a long time and have followed Caitlin each time she has been transferred to another location. She has always been very professional, yet also warm and personal. She has truly made my overall experience very positive! Also, the Novi location is always clean and well maintained.

I love this place and cannot recommend the Novi location enough, they are always busy, but the staff is always friendly & knowledgeable, the rooms and equipment are always clean, and they schedule your next appointment at the end of your current appointment with a bonus text reminder the day before. Ive had eight appointments so far and my treatment room is always ready and clean when I arrive. A+++

Everytime I walk in I have such a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and nice, but Caitlin is my go to girl. Her professionalism and attention to detail is amazing! Even remembers my dog name when I mentioned it only once. Thank you Caitlin for making me look amazing!

Dont expect to get any good results with anything you purchase.Ive had lipo, laser hair removal and aqua facial done.This is the only place I have ever gone to where I have not noticed a difference from any procedure done.Even laser hair removal from my chin has not done much if anything.The only positive about this place is the staff are really nice.

This is the best place to do laser hair removal! Works well, lots of location to chose from, plus very very friendly employees work there. Happy I decided to go with LightRx. I had experience with other hair removal laser facilities, but it this one is THE BEST. I could see the difference after only 3 sessions. :)

I started at LightRX at the beginning of the year and cant believe the incredible results I have experienced in my upper and lower abdomen!! I used their plan for Laser Lipo and the before and after pictures are amazing! I just purchased another package! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I bought a package liposcult. I was told to come in to go over the package. I went in and the manager just scheduled my appointments which I could have done over the phone (waste of time). I didnt feel very welcomed by the manager. I did my light therapy for my abdomen and I didnt see any results, at all. I was told I needed to buy some products which was never mentioned at all. Needles to say I didnt waste my time going back. I also tried to schedule an appointment for botox but the only text I got back was shes in today. I was at work, I could not leave my job. I asked for another day and never received a reply. Maybe if I pay ahead of time Ill be worth of a reply. This place is NOT worth wasting your time and money.

It was a waste of money, the treatment was a big waste of time. Once there they were just trying to sell me other things. I wouldn’t go there for any service.

Very knowledgeable staff

The office manager, Meyal-kahl Jenkins, is not upfront about refund policy. Probably instructed to do so by upper management. Before she collected payment, I asked her if I could get a refund if I have to cancel the appointment for some reason. She tried to keep a straight face (but winced) and told me yes. My gut told me at that moment that this wasn’t full-disclosure. I later had to cancel my appointment at the request of my doctor, so she casually mentions (after the fact) “by the way, corporate won’t refund your money for 30-60 days”! This was after they charged me, of course. I knew I should not have trusted them. The reviews were already bad. People complaining of various things, and even bankruptcy and not getting their money back. Buyer beware.

Light Rx staff were great, very friendly and clean atmosphere, I had eight sessions and I saw a little difference around my waist, lost two inches.

Very disappointed... I spent $900 dollars in a laser treatment that they told me would remove my stretch marks or would make the appearance so much better but literally nothing changed! They are exactly the same. I just threw my money in the garbage.

Love some results that I was getting for the cellulite being removed but wish I went longer but I also think it needs to be more intense or something else added to see a lot more immediate results like maybe some form of injections with the heat being applied and massaged but again the bigger and deeper cellulite diminished a lot but still needs more work .... also great team very polite and very helpful with questions or anything else you need or any other concerns that may pop up!!!!also just wanted add I did know that it does take time for the body to get results and I was working out that may have helped a little.

The staff is extremely friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I am an active person but always had an issue with that little extra tube around my midsection. Its not only gone now but the most insecure part of my body is now something Im proud of. Im a personal trainer and I gladly refer my clients who also need that slight bit of assistance. This is not a quick fix in my mind but an addition to an active and healthy lifestyle to get that body you would like. Everyone has the one specific spot that drives them nuts. Why wouldnt you fix it? Also, the owner is an amazing person and I miss her!

Buyer Beware!!!!Light Rx has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy which means they will not pay me what is owed to me. I signed up for laser hair removal in Brighton. They closed and moved my account to Novi. After they cancelled 2 appointments the day of my appointment, I asked to be refunded the remainder of my contract. I shouldn’t have to drive to Novi when I purchased at the Brighton location. My attorney gets a letter stating I must remove my demand as they filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on February 22, 2019.

I spent $1500 on procedure that didnt work. They told me a brand new machine was coming in. They talked me into spending $2800. I had to pay up front to lock that price in. I did some research come to find out its six-year-old outdated equipment. Ive been asking for my money back for the past month. I found out they have an F rating on the BBB. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them.

Run as fast as you can to a different company!!! After I paid them $3000 for services they closed the Brighton location the day my first treatment was scheduled for. I have been trying for months to get a refund. I keep calling and I have to leave messages. When someone does call me back they say that it is someone elses responsibility to take care of my refund and they will send them an email. Yesterday I spoke to the manager of the Novi location. I told her that if something didnt happen within 24 hours that I would be posting this review. She said she would call me back that same day and that she would have her regional manager call me back by today. So far, I havent heard from anyone. Quite honestly, I didnt expect to. If I receive my refund for all unused services I will remove this review. I expect that it will be here forever. I hope that this deters people from going to Light RX. I have been treated horribly!

I had awesome experience with the staff and treatments

The staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the results I got with the I-lipo! I got excited seeing my before and after photos where I saw the improvement from this non-invasive therapy. Its awesome for detoxing also, which was an unexpected benefit.

Gave 4 stars because after complying to directions they gave me to begin the whole process they neglected to comply on their end. My first visit wasn’t smooth or efficient therefore frustrating because I did everything necessary to prevent any for see able delays

Lower leg hair removal appointments for a year and $1,400 for only 50% of the hair to be gone. Got this done last year and already growing back thicker every week.The staff will tell you it is completely effective and who ever tells you it’s not effective is wrong.If you do not have pasty white skin and THICK black hair, it will NOT work. No acceptions.And yes, VERY painful.

Do Not use light rx anywhere ever!!!! I have tried to spend so much money with them but they are a bunch of frauds. They also tell nothing but lies. Was told when I signed up for hccredit they would waive the 59.00 yearly fee but that’s a lie. Got one treatment on my face then told I had to find another place to continue treatment which is 20 miles away instead of the 1 mile away place I chose for that reason. Then trying to schedule appointments at new facility nobody will call me back to schedule it. Then requested for a refund of my money and spent two weeks getting a run around over this told several times they guarantee someone will call me within 24-48 hours and now 6 days later still no call. I finally called them and they want to blame everyone else in the company for this issue and then play phone transfer for over an hour. What a waste of money and time then has my face all patches now. But to save all this from happening to you don’t use this company EVER!!!!!

I love this procedure, painless results. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have lost inches and weight. I would recommend this procedure to anyone with love handles and stubborn inches around the waste line.

I recently lost a significant amount of weight, but still had difficultly losing in certain areas. i-Lipo helped target weight loss in my trouble areas (love-handles and inner thighs). Because of the weight loss I was also experiencing sagging skin on my neck, the Venus treatments really help to tighten the skin. I have seen results that I thought only surgery would correct. I am over 50 and have not felt this good about myself in years!Jamie and her team are very professional. The facility is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend their services.

Making reoccurring appointments was difficult. The was system was either down, or they didnt have the machine code to start the procedure or there just wasnt an opening. Frustrating when the treatment you brought requires weekly visits and you just can’t get an appointment.
