My daughter has been going to Rewire for a little over a year. She has grown in confidence, academic ability, and overall organization. Dont expect a quick fix, but be willing to stay the course. Mrs. P is great with the kids!
It’s difficult to even begin to explain what Rewire and the director, Mrs. P has done for my family. My daughter is10 years old, diagnosed with ADD and more specifically working memory problems. Since her diagnosis at the end of first grade, and even before, all of her teachers said she was fine and everything would work itself out, but when the end of the year came around they would say she needed to be held back. Fast forward to her getting an IEP and multiple programs, tutors, resource room teachers, social workers, NOTHING has worked like Rewire did. Mrs. P is a dream. She saw my concerns and told me I came to the right place when I was literally in tears. In a matter of four months, my daughter has changed SO much. And I do not say that lightly. Before, she had a hard time expressing her thoughts coherently and fluently, a hard time remembering tasks, communicating her feelings and thoughts, and even getting along with others. Let alone, focusing on school work! Now, she can do all that at a capacity that I pinch myself because I can’t believe it’s the same girl. As a mom, I am so grateful. Mrs. P will always be family to us, she has changed our lives for the better in so many ways, and made her way into all of our hearts! Especially my 2 year old who looks forward to getting her big hugs and some chocolate too. Thank you Mrs. P. Thank you Rewire. The Saleh family is so grateful!
This is a supportive resource that offers a thoughtful approach to tutoring kids with learning challenges. My son is a Northville HS student. He has dyslexia and has had to work really hard to be successful in school. He has been working with Rewire for about 4 mo. and we are more than satisfied with the progress he is making.
My son and daughter began going to Rewire in November and over the past four months, I have seen a vast improvement in their comprehension, grades, and attitude. After our first meeting at Rewire, I was somewhat skeptical of the initial assessment. Parent/teacher conferences were the following day and both teachers confirmed the same challenges that Rewire identified. We started weekly sessions and in just a few short months, my son began reading with confidence, acing his spelling tests, and had a new found love of the math class that he once dreaded. His teacher told me to “keep doing whatever you are doing, because it’s working.” My daughter is more focused, has a better attitude and her math grade went from a C to an A in just three months. Mrs. P and her entire staff are patient, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am forever grateful to the Rewire staff for having such a positive impact on my children’s development and I highly recommend their services!
Mrs. P is amazing! She has helped my daughter with her pathway to success! Ava is doing better in school, homework and chores are easier for her! I am so glad we decided to bring her here!
I would highly recommend Rewire for anyone who has a child struggling in school. Its a positive and encouraging environment for the child and the parents. Programs are specific to the cause of the childs area of difficulty and in time the weakness turns into a strength. My child has made tremendous progress at home and school. Mrs. P takes the time to listen and understand each child, I think thats a big part of the success.
My 4th grade son wasnt passing and had a hard time communicating with us in general and would get upset and lost confidence in school. I didnt know what to expect with ReWIRE. It wasnt an instant fix. After a few months we started to notice his ability to communicate more clearly with words, his confidence slowly increased. He went from failing his core curriculum to just barely passing, months went by and now he is ending his 5th grade with not just passing but not having to study as much and getting As. He still struggles in math and hoping the program with continue to help with that. The staff is amazing their so personal, they take each issue and make it their own and assure you that it will improve. It has. There is hope but it is not instant. The program is hard to conceptualize as it is based on focusing on their executive function and re-teaching the mind to process and re-learn. I wish every child I knew could have this program available to them. A++ job ReWire
