Agreed to the fuel purchase option. They had the tank recorded at 7/8 of a tank. When I received it, there was 3/4 of a tank. The man said that he would adjust it accordingly so that I wasnt overpaying. When I called to ask if he did, he told me that he had. When I received my final receipt, it had not been adjusted.They do not check their cars before they send them back out. I was in the hospital with my daughter and was unable to return the car. I had a friend do it. They missed a jacket that was in the trunk still. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about and the car was already back out.Also, there was no windshield washer fluid in the car and it had a bad wheel bearing. Will not return to this place. Enterprise is across the road and we will try that next time we need a rental.

Cant beat the price. Paid $150 less than Enterprise over on 12 mile. They do only have one person working, so there may be a bit of a wait. But overall great experience, no issues whatsoever.

Excellent service and price. Very decent guys working there. Will go there for all future rentals.
