Old management was not great. Brad is there now, extremely helpful and took care of everything. No issues, smooth return, good w/ his communication and explained everything thoroughly. First time Ive given any review to Enterprise, typically I get mundane or below average service... Brad was on top of his game for my case!

Outstanding customer service. Fast, friendly, loved the car. In fact, I dropped the car off today, was going to UBER home which was only three miles away... Without hesitation they offered to take me home. Very courteous. Im so to rent a car again next week. They get my business again.. without hesitation!

Horrible experience. Tried to book an enterprise with an international drivers license that was valid but they were not ready to hand over the car. Showed them the article from enterprise website where it says its allowed to rent a car on an international license. The guy was not ready to co-operate and did not give me a car. They should hire people who are aware of the laws and not just some high school drop outs who are there to pass time and make some quick money.

Thought I was paying 19.99 for the entire rental... turns out that it was 19.99 a DAY! Would never have bought it as insurance was paying for rental. 480 dollars! Corporate is getting a call and should coach their employees on effective communication. Wouldn’t recommend

I have been a customer of Enterprise for more than 10 years. I have rented vehicles privately, and for business purposes. I have, at times, used customer service to extend my rentals. I have even, on one occasion, had to to utilize the emergency services of Enterprise. The customer service has always been top-notch. Always. My recent experiences using the Novi, MI Enterprise have been no exception. I have on the last three rentals, been fortunate enough to have Kayla Rogers handling my Enterprise Experience. Shes knowledgeable, helpful, professional and she remembers whats important to customers; a credit to Enterprise in every way. She provided the customer service Ive become accustomed to from Enterprise. People like Kayla are the face of Enterprise. Well done!

Kayla Rogers was absolutely fantastic to work with and is a world class individual. I was in a sticky situation with my travels and Kayla was able to accommodate all of my needs. I work with car rentals very frequently and have never received the level of service that she provided. She exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend.

I got confirmation email after I booked online but the branch manager called me and said the car (premium SUV) I reserved is not available. I was shocked and called enterprise customer services and they also mentioned reservation is not guaranteed. Which is terrible from customer standpoint. Why do we book hotel and car if not available whne arrive!!!Also I was charged for over mileage. 3 days SUV I drove 575 miles. They Say it comes with 150 miles a day. 3 days reservation only covered 450 miles so I had to pay for 125 miles. Basically almost $300 a day for only 150 miles limit. That was terrible experience.

For my latest trip, I reserved my car online. However, prior to leaving, I had a few questions and such, called them ahead of time and they were beyond helpful and accommodating.As fate would have it, while on my trip, I had a bit of a glitch. I called the office, explained what happened. They listened, were extremely helpful and did all I needed to resolve my situation. They made sure I knew all that I needed to know but also made me rest assured in the fact all was ok. That was something I truly appreciated. There truly is nothing more this office could have done. They were awesome. I would and will rent from them again without reservation.

And not having a credit card they will take debit cards and the best priced for that service. Late minute booking is not a good idea through Enterprise website. 5:30pm I booked a car through website for the next day 8:00am rental car. my selected car is available on the website but When I come there in the next day morning, they said not available. I had to extra pay to upgrade. Is it my fault? They explained if I booked it during work hours they would call to inform. Is this enough?

It was difficult to locate a vehicle- even though the website said they had vehicles available, when you call, most locations denied having any available. Finally found a location with a car, pick up process was lengthy but at least we got a car finally. Decided to drop off at a different location (Southfield on Telegraph) and it was very chaotic. There was no room to even turn into the parking lot as vehicles were lined up along side of the building as well as in parking spots, there were 20+ people waiting outside the building as well. When we dropped off the vehicle- the worker didn’t even acknowledge us, he just jumped in the car and immediately drove it off the lot. We didn’t get a receipt or anything. Shortly after that, we realized we left something in the car, we told a rep at the location and they said they had already loaned it out (2 minutes after dropping it off). They couldn’t retrieve our item and said we’d have to check back after they turn it back in. I’m guessing that they must not do the thorough cleaning between customers like they claim if that’s the case. We called back the next day, they couldn’t locate our reservation nor had receipt of our return. After couple days of back and forth with them, we finally were able to get our rental closed- they had initially dated our return 3 days after we turned it in- after talking to the Novi rep, they were able to correct this. I’m guessing we will never get our item back and just beware of the Southfield location and take extra sanitation precautions if getting a vehicle from them.

Wow, they didn’t have power but were still able to get me a vehicle at the last minute. Excellent service and they picked me up with no hassle. Enterprise also lowered their security deposit from $250 to $200 with better daily rates to help save even more money. Recommended highly for a professional service and respectful people.

3 cars available...one was a smoking car. Took the equinox and paid more...picked it up in a dark building and once I was headed home I saw animal hair on the dashboard. Animal nose marks in back windows. Stopped 1/2 way home and looked it over better and saw dirty dash, seats, floors and it SURE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL SAFE from COVID19!!! No way was this car properly cleaned! I took the hanging sign off the mirror into the drop location and walked the person working out to the car and showed her everything. She agreed...it was filthy!

Getting my car rental car was quick and easy. No one took the time to explain where all the controls were located until I asked. This was a car I was not familiar with or have driven before. Pandemic cleaning was was questionable. The steering wheel was coated with a sticky substance that I cleaned on my own. Not a good thing during a Covid-19 Pandemic.

I’ve been a enterprise customer for over 5 years and MIKE STINGER who is the manager at the Novi location has been the most disrespectful unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with I lost my best friend to covid-19 and needed to be put in a vehicle immediately MIKE intentionally misrepresented my reservation he discriminated against me refused to put me in a vehicle used profanity language I had to call the authorities on him and one his staff members because they started threatening and harassing me.they were extremely dismissive. I have videos of them both being very nasty this was not only the worst experience with them but very disappointing. Customer service like that should never be tolerated they both need to be terminated immediately 😪😡

Ive rented w/ this Enterprise location (through my employer for business travel) for several years now. Ive always had a great experience w/ this branch. I now go out of my way to rent vehicles from here for personal use because Ive always received such great service. Austin & his team were super helpful during my last rental - found my garage door opener in the sunglass compartment when I returned the vehicle & they called me before I even knew I forgot it there. Always professional, courteous & overall great customer service every time.

The car was very clean and in good condition. All employees I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The free pickup from home was very convenient; however, it took closer to an hour for the driver to pick me up, rather than the 20 minutes I was told. A minor inconvenience and probably circumstantial. Good prices, good service, and good cars.

We are happy with the service and the vehicles from this location. The front office needs a little work. Always dirty and uninviting, however, I wouldnt consider this a deal breaker. The staff is always super helpful and polite and we havent rented from anyone else in six years. I would recommend!

Best rental car front desk staff I have ever experienced in my life. I travel a lot and pickup rental cars from various USA and Canadian airports and non-airports locations. This is my best experience so far. Two young girls on the front desk are awesome and can make anyones day. I was with two of my Japaneses colleagues and she greeted us with heart. The lady on returning the car was also awesome. Hats off to both of you.

I was happy with how easy it was to make a reservation the night before I needed the car. I only had one issue and that was I needed to get air in all of the tires right after I rented it. I took it to the tire shop and every single tire was low on pressure. I wish that enterprise would have looked at the car before letting me rent it.

When I arrived 1 hour after making my reservation, the car that was confirmed on the internet, was not available! Then I had no cars to choose from in my category. Next came the lady that did not like her job that much, she was aloof and hardly pleasant. Then the very worst part came to view a dirty, dirty car! smears of grease on the door arm rest, goopy sticky stuff in the cup holders and tons of salt stains and just a big smear on the front window! The less attentive lady did offer to clean the car, not known to her I had appointments and the great efficient service that I have been use to for the last 15 year from Enterprise did not happen. this time!!!! I was already 15 minutes behind my schedule and did not have any time to have the car attempted to be cleaned! Below way below service at the Enterprise in Novi! Will not return there!

To whom it may concern... an awful experience with a car rental company that I’ve never encountered before. Krystal was polite and respectful but as for Josh, he was rude, condescending and hung up on me when asked for information regarding a problem/issue. Was told to call the corporate office but there is no corporate office number and I’m sure he was well aware. It seemed like I was bothering him while he was at work doing his job and disregarded everything I was trying to say. I would ask for someone else to assist you before being subjected to the level of disrespect. Hopefully this isn’t a reflection of the other employees because I used to enjoyed coming to this location when previous workers were present. However... I will no longer give my business to a company that doesn’t seem to appreciate it.

A bit of bait and switch on weekend rentals. I have used Enterprise for 30 + years and the last 2 times Ive had a problem with Novi Store. 1. We dont honor the special 2. book on line and call and told we dont have that car but do have a higher cost car? This used to be a honest and well run location, no more.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the car was not cleaned, very dirty inside and reeked of cigarette smoke. Zack said that it didnt smell and that it was a new car smell. As soon as he opened the car door, I was overwhelmed by the smoke smell and the car was not new - 36K miles on it. Holes in the upholstery from cigarette ashes. Salt stains on the carpeting. I appears that the car was not cleaned, vacuumed or prepped before I picked it up. Sorry Enterprise, I will not use this location again. I am a loyal customer and have always received clean cars up until now.

This is the branch that made me decide to leave Enterprise as my main car rental place. As a platinum member I was treated horribly. The agent pushed a car that was smaller than I requested. I asked to use a free upgrade and (as always) they denied me. But then offered a car in the size I requested. The car smelled like pot and the windshield wipers were awful.Also went round and round prior to my pickup about dropping off after hours and not paying for the days they were closed. Simply not worth it.

They were over booked during holiday season, I have to wait for my car. And I reserved a mini Van but at the time of arriving they have no car available. The. They gave me a 7 sears SUV after 30 min, which has very limited trunk space. I had to put 6 people plus two luggage case and one stroller and some other stuff inside the car, it was awful and caused a lot of inconvenience during the trip. Very weak order management.

I never had any problem with a vehicle from this Enterprise location. However, they are severely understaffed. Ive been there about four times and its always the same story. Even if you have an appointment you should expect to sit in a completely empty front office for quite a while before the only staffed employee will have time to come help you. The staff are all friendly and the two cars I rented were fine. But it seems ridiculous to have one employee working for several hours while people line up for their appointment. One woman I was waiting with just left because she had been there for 20 minutes and nobody had ever even been in the office in that time! The only employee was out washing the cars and getting them ready. Not his fault he was the only one staffed there.

This is part two of the review written for the 24400 Drake Road, Farmington Hills, MI location.After being REFUSED a pick up by the 24400 Drake Road location TWICE, I called a different Enterprise location at 25100 Novi Road in Novi, Michigan which is 3.1 miles from my home.I explained to the Novi Road location that the 24400 Drake Road location REFUSED to live up to their slogan Well pick you up and I wanted to return the rental to their location and be given a ride home. The assured me that I would be given a ride home. When I arrived there was a long wait to return my rental. The process was completed after closing time due to the large number of people waiting. When I asked about my ride home I was told the employee who was supposed to drive me home had left for the day. I reminded the employee that I called and was guaranteed a ride home! I was completed dismayed when the Enterprise employee at the desk of the company with the Well pick you up slogan advised me to call Uber for a ride home. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!Another customer overheard Enterprise REFUSING to take me home as promised and offered me a ride home. If this customer had not taken me home and I refused to call Uber, would Enterprise have done the legally responsible thing and given me the ride home that they guaranteed before I arrived? Or, would the Enterprise employees physically pushed me out of the door and abandoned me at a closed business?I am seriously considering suing Enterprise for fraudulent marketing and advertisement as well as abandonment. I should not have been forced to accept a ride from a stranger when it was Enterprises legal responsibility to take me home. I truly appreciate the kindness of the stranger who cared more about my welfare than Enterprise did.DO NOT USE THE Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 25100 Novi Road, Novi, Michigan unless you want to be lied to and abandoned.

The manager Derek listened to me speak and then literally hung up in my face without saying a word. Then when I called back he lied and said that hed heard me hang up first. Too much variation. What I expect is for enterprise to provide consistent service the same way each time. When I calmly complained about them over charging me they told me to call a different location and follow up with them. They should be able to follow the same guidelines at each location or at least talk about the agreement internally. This is the second time Ive rented from them and the last. Ive never seen a company ask you over and over if you are having a good experience and then go on to treat the customer this way.

Had a reservation to pickup a car in the morning. Showed up at 8:30am to pickup my car which I was scheduled to return at 6:00pm the same day. I was told that they had push my pickup time to 11:30. No one called me or emailed me to inform me of this. I won’t be renting a car from this location ever again as this is the second bad experience with them.

Im honestly appalled and outraged by the lack of accommodations being made to help us get to safety and ultimately home. Things happen. Vehicles break down. But this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.Stranded in Gaylord on an entrance ramp with a van jam packed full of trade show merchandise. The Dodge Caravan with 3,300 miles on it has broken down again.After the second time the vehicle didnt start I call enterprise in Novi, where we rented the vehicle**2nd customer service call**Me: Hi there, we rented a van from your location and the vehicle is not starting up (again) We are up north on business and the first time the vehicle didnt start, it put us behind schedule and interfered with business. We have a very small window of time to breakdown our booth, load up, and drive home. Im disappointed in the lack of reliability of the van we rented from you. The vehicle will not start, can you please help me with this?Justin: (doesnt look up or inquire about our reservation) well um youre obviously out of state so what do you want me to doMe: Justin, Im not sure what the next steps would be. Im calling because the vehicle we rented from you wont start. Im hoping you can help me with that. We are not out of state. We are in Northern MichiganJustin: um so what do you want from us right now? I mean do you want me to provide some numbers of enterprises that are close to you and you can call and see if they can help you?Me: ... ummm how about you just put me on with a manager?Justin: yeah cool... *click**Tim (who claimed he was the manager, but I later discovered that he was the assistant manager) was nicer and slightly apologetic for his employee and the vehicles issues. He actually looked up our reservation. (This should have been step 1). Our hotel was able to give us a jump faster than it would have taken to call the local enterprise and have them contract out a company to come out and give the van a jump. So after 15 minutes and a few helpful bystanders and hotel employees, we were up and running. Only slightly behind schedule.*45 minutes into the drive home, while driving, all power shuts down. No power steering, no control of the vehicle*I then call the manager Tim at the Novi branch to inform him that the vehicle broke down. He instructed me to call roadside assistance and he stated that when I returned the vehicle, he would make it right.*5:30 PM We call roadside assistance.*We are 10 minutes from an enterprise in Gaylord.*The Gaylord location (and all other non-airport locations) closes at 6:00 PMThe wait for a delivered vehicle is 3-5 hours.They wont deliver a vehicle to a roadside location. So thats not an option at all.The woman from roadside assistance suggests that we get towed to an airport location. (All are hundreds of miles away).The conversation lasts for over an hour because every time a solution is proposed, there is a 15 minute hold. During this conversation I was asked to compromise my safety twice.We have a few options, including getting towed to Saginaw or Grand Rapids airport locations after a 1-2 hour wait time. Or, we could grab a hotel and see if Gaylord has a comparable vehicle first thing in the morning. At this point, I just want to be out of a hot car on the side of an express way.After another 15 minute hold, we find out that both Grand Rapids and Saginaw are sold out of the vehicle we need tonight. Our only option now is to wait and hope that Gaylord or another location has a vehicle available in the morning.The roadside rep reaches the Novi branch (the manager Tim) informs her that they will NOT reimburse us for a hotel room. (Not a great start to making it right.)Weve been in the hot car for an hour and a half with no tow truck on the way yet. Still on hold and all phones are almost dead.Although slow and inefficient, Roadside seems to be doing all they can to help, but the Novi location was just downright rude and unprofessional.

He told me to call roadside and that he would make it right when we return the vehicle.*5:30 PM We call roadside assistance.*We are 10 minutes from an enterprise in Gaylord.*The Gaylord location (and all other non-airport locations) closes at 6:00 PMThe wait for a delivered vehicle is 3-5 hours.They wont deliver a vehicle to a roadside location. So thats not an option at all.The woman from roadside assistance suggests that we get towed to an airport location. (We are in Gaylord).The conversation lasts for over an hour because every time a solution is proposed, there is a 15 minute hold.At this point, we may get home by 3:00 AM.We have a few options, including getting towed to Saginaw or Grand Rapids airport locations with a 1-2 hour wait time. Or, we could grab a hotel and see if Gaylord has a comparable vehicle first thing in the morning. At this point, I just want to be out of a hot car on the side of an express way.After another 15 minute hold, we find out that both Grand Rapids and Saginaw are sold out of the vehicle we need tonight. Our only option now is to wait and hope that Gaylord or another location has a vehicle available in the AM.The roadside rep reaches the Novi branch where the manager Tim informs her that they will not reimburse us for a hotel room. (Thats not a great start to making things right. Why add that extra stress and worry to a stranded customer by saying that you wont help?)Weve been in the car for an hour and a half with no tow truck on the way yet. Still on hold and all phones are almost dead.Im honestly appalled and outraged by the lack of accommodations being made to help us get to safety and ultimately home. Roadside seems to be doing all they can to help, but the Novi location was just downright rude and unprofessional.

I rented a car last weekend and still dont have my deposit back a week later. I called today to see why and had an employee named Lauren tell me it hadnt been done. When I once again asked WHY it hadnt been done when it was supposed to have been done she just kept shifting blame and telling me she didnt know because it wasnt her. It seems no one at this location is responsible for anything???? No apology for my inconvenience...nothing but not my fault response.

I ended up at the Novi location as a result of rudeness from the Wixom location I went to pick my car up at the Wixom location and i was 40 minutes early the young man at the counter was visiting with his friend and seemed like I put him out. He explained he didn’t have the vehicle I rented but for $10 more a day he would give me an upgrade. I explained that most places would automatically give you the upgrade free if they didn’t have the one rented at that location he said well wait until the time your rental is for and come back I will see if one comes back if not then I will give it to you at same price. He told me that one was not coming back though. I drove to Novi location and Kyle was so helpful to me there he was accommodating pleasant and very Professional. My daughter will be renting from the Novi location next week thanks to his professionalism. very nice location in NOVI....

Maiya is a great help and has great customer service. She gets a 5 star. I rent from here every week to travel for business. Manager told me today we will just give you this car today next time we will give you something better since you are a loyal customer... what about this time. I get a car today that scratched on the side. Embarassing to meet clients in a beater. I pay full price never haggle for a deal. But I guess they are comfortable with me as a customer. There is not going to be a next time with that type of service. Ill go to Farmington location from this point foward. Great doing business with you.

Enterprise overcharged me by one day. I use them through work about 5 - 6 times per year. This seems to happen about 1 or 2 times per year. They always make the correction, but its a hassle. Pls just charge the correct amount the first time.

I have used Enterprise services at this location (25100 Novi Rd.) and the previous location (42140 Grand River) for five years at the rate of 8 - 10 rentals per year. I have worked with Mgrs., Nick, Desiree Dyer, Derek Onkalo, Max Elkins and most recently Zach Burbidge (and their teams) and have absolute respect and confidence in Team Enterprise. You earned it.Every experience has been exceptional. I am a business owner in the financial services industry and hold myself to a very high standard, I appreciate that Enterprise and specifically this location does the same.As mentioned earlier I now am working with the new team at this location, Zach, Shane Owen, Cyndi Law, Kyle and many others.
