Janie is AMAZING! I brought in my 14 year old who was struggling with some typical acne. We had used some products in the past and they didnt seem to work so he came in for a facial. She gave him a wonderful facial and he looked like a different kid! Initially, knowing we had already spent some $$ on other products, she told him to use what we had for a time consistently so she could best evaluate what was working and what wasnt. I so appreciate that she was there to recommend the best products and NOT just what she sold. In the end we went with her products but I love that there was no pressure.
