You can bring a picture in to Alicia, your hair will turn out the same color of the picture you brought in. Shes not only a genius when it comes to hair color, she goes out of her way to make sure your hair is not damaged during the process

I called in for an appointment and the lady Alicia said I would be able to come in the same day. When I got in I had to wait an hour after the agreed time. She did not even acknowledge me as she let other clients go first and when it was finally my turn she thought I was getting a hair cut when I specially said it would be an appointment to dye my hair. I ended up leaving because even after that she made me wait longer for my turn. Don’t go there the service is so unprofessionally and the lady seemed annoyed at me for her mistaking what I wanted.

This salon is unfriendly especially if you bring children with you to the salon. The seating was next to the door and when you open it would touch the chairs. Uncomfortable to wait there and the waiting took more than 1 hour and 40 minutes. My hair ended up dry and it started to get tangled because of the bad dye job. Just look at the pictures the hair is dry and the color is fading. My hair lost most of its color after a week and I even waited the recommended three days to wash it. Don’t go there or lose your money.

The professionalism was not there as I had to wait a long time to get a haircut. Do not recommend this place. The brushes looked dirty and the lady had an attitude.

The stylist Alicia made us wait over an hour to dye our hair after saying she had time for a drop in. She attended other people first before helping us. We left after not being helped, but if we had stayed we would have waited even longer. Don’t go there the service is super slow. If that weren’t enough she lied about the process of dying the hair to a lighter color. Another salon told me it would take multiple tries before getting it to the desired color. Alicia would have killed the hair because she was after the money. Don’t get there instead go somewhere else for better results.

Great place, Ive been going with them for a year now. Staff is friendly, place is always clean.
