Best place to rent a car fast and cheap!

I have had car troubles and family emergencies happening at the same time over the last month. I had rented a car from. HERTZ. The experience was horrific. So I then rented from ENTERPRISE. ENTERPRISE is amazing. The rates are reasonable. The car was beautiful. The gas tank was full. They offer shuttle service. ENTERPRISE has earned my appreciation and loyalty. Thank you NOVATO ENTERPRISE!!!

I had a great experience until I returned the car. The day I picked it up we did a fast inspection due to there were people waiting.. Big mistake. The day I brought it back there was another gentleman that was there. He stated I scratched the bottom of the car. The car had damage on it when I picked it up. I was the only driver and I know I did not do what he was pointing out. He still did an insurance claim. Make sure you do a good inspection when you get there. Thank god I paid for the insurance..

I wanted to rent a full-size SUV which other companies didn’t have available and Nick in Novato managed to lineup for me. Everything went well except I don’t find their hours of operation to be all that convenient. I guess that’s the way it goes with this car rental agencies in small towns.

Service was friendly and easy. Drop off was easy. We had a free upgrade to Chevy Equinox. Very nice car.

Ive only rented cars from them as theyre very quick and easy and had the type of car I needed.

Cheaper than U-haul with unlimited miles but still a little costly for a small truck for couple days. ($659 for 7 days) and the gear shifter was a little knob on the dash board. Ultimately I would say definitely using them again.

I recently decided to change my air travel plans to making a long drive through multiple states. I reached out to my local Enterprise in Novato, and they quickly accommodated me-- even upgrading my vehicle!!! I was so very happy, and the car was great.

My prepaid reservation got cancelled at Hertz and Enterprose came to the rescue with no hitch, incredible service and even walked me to my car. I will happily use them again based on their stellar service.

Enterprise has provided excellent, reasonably priced service whenever I have used them. They are my preferred rental car company.

I had to give a star to rate them otherwise it would be negative numbers....Basically my son and I left a domestic violence situation in Oregon headed home fro Texas. My personal vehicle broke down in northern California leaving us stranded. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years and was relieved to see one close to me. I felt comforted knowing we could still get home.Unfortunately I left my physical Capital One credit card in a lock box in my storage unit. I inyened to bring it but simply forgot trying to leave quickly. However, I have the virtual card on me, saved to my Samsung wallet, capital One virtual wallet, and Google pay. Enterprise alsonhas theis card info on file becasue it is the same credit card I use to rent with them for the last 3 years.But will they allow me renr a car? NO! Becasue they csnt physically touch the card. Even with all the evidence and Captail One willing to speak to the manager on the phone at the time of purchase....they denied me. And the manager at this location is RUDE AF AND UNCARING.I contacted the 1800 number and as told that it was up to each area manager to make an exception for situations like this...emergency situations. He wouldnt. So I called them out on social media and emailed the customer support. I was still told no.This company left me and my son stranded and homeless when i had the money to pay for rental. They wouldnt allow me to use my debit card becasue the car was leaving state. Every suggestion i offered them....they denied. They did not try to help or work with me in any way at all.Sent me a thank you email for being an loyal customer....when are yall gonna be a loyal provider?

I had a favorably experience renting a car from Enterprise. They were extremely courteous and professional. They picked me up and dropped me back off at my home. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Complete five star treatment. All thumbs up.

I’m giving this two star because Juli was the one that help me she was very nice and sweet so I don’t blame her for anything.. I was giving a car which I felt was worth the amount that I was paying for.. but then I get a phone call saying that they needed the car back because they needed to do an oil which later I came to conclusion that it was a load of BS! So they gave me another car which was dirty and loud. So I called to let them know that the car that was giving to me was dirty and it was not worth the price that I was quoted.. the man told me to bring it back so he could clean it as if I had absolutely nothing to do. The person I spoke with over the phone was very unpleasant and somewhat rude.. didn’t offer any type of discount or even apologize for giving me a dirty car.. I personally would never go back to that location.

The Credit/Debit card policies have once again caused me a great deal of inconvenience. While I had the required major credit card w/ ample funds for the 1 day rental, they required a $200 deposit charged to the card that I didnt have and they wont take a debit card, of course. Their anti-consumer policies have officially turned me into a Former Customer.

I enjoyed my ELanta which I rented for a week...I called back several times for overlooked damages caused by prior smoker as well as deep scratches neat passenger front window.Staff was very nice.The only bad news is that I turned in the car Monday around 545 pm. I realized wed eve. After the office was closed that I had left my wool black hat, fleece gloves and fleece headband in the middle console.. I left messages on voice-mail. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and was told they have no cleaning service and they did not see my belongings. They said the car was rented out for several weeks.. I asked them to please call the new renters and they said they would but it saddens me that my stuff was basically stolen.. kind of ends it on a bad note.. especially after such a good experience.

Rental experience was great. I returned the car on Monday about 15 mins. before the office opened but Agent (Zack I believe) was there and promptlytook care of paper work and checkout. Really appreciated the good customer service.

Always helpful and as accommodating as possible given the increasing demand at the Novato store. Raul et al keeps the cars clean and they are always smiling. Keep up the great service.

The cars are new no problems and they picked me up. When I brought I had a discrepancy with the bill. The agent said that may be possible I was misquoted and asked if he made the bill the same as I was told, would I be satisfied. So without any. Question he immediately fixed the charges. Excellent customer service

This little rental spot was easy to get to and the people (guys) were all really helpful and were nice people. This was the second time I have used their cars for trips. The rates were great and I will return.Lynn

I booked the car on Tuesday, May 7, throw geico. I dropped off my car at g and c, came to pick up my rental car and they told me that they havent reservation on this day. That my reservation on next Tuesday. And they couldnt found any car. They had only trucks. I was waiting 1 hour. But I had reservation, nobody know who changed date in their system. Then they finally find Nissan rouge from mill valley, when we cant to mill valley enterprise, it was Range Rover evouk, which I dont need. And I need to drive Range Rover 2 days. I booked regular 4 full car. Not suv. And its look like not only me had the same problem at the same day, from conversation with others customers.

We suddenly had to rent a car for a week and we had a very good experience at Enterprise in Novato (Redwood Ave). Superb agents. Great car and very reasonable price. We will definitely use this rental company again.

The guys (because there are only males) at 7401 Redwood Blvd, Novato, CA., were incredibly professional, timely as well as personable! The vehicles were well maintained and smelled similar to one that was newly purchased.

Referee to this location by enterprise customer service to exchange a rental with a cracked windshield. Both reps talked to provided no help and basically said we were on our own to have the winshield repaired and they had no equivalent car to exchange and refused to work the issue any farther. So apprently they are a great bunch as long as you pay and dont have any issues but if you have an issue I dont have time as per the site manager.

I reserve the car online. When I got there they would not rent to me because I had a debit card, and was not a local. I was told by customer service that it was at the discretion of the agent to rent or not. I guess he must have thought I was a risk because I want fair skinned.

The Novato Enterprise location is phenomenal! I rent here regularly when I need a gasoline-fueled car in place of my electric FIAT, and the staff are super warm & friendly (Brandon, Amanda, etc.), and always very accomodating of my needs for different cars at different times (economy, SUV, truck, etc.). I highly recommend renting from these folks!

If I could put zero stars I would. The morning manager at this establishment was sooooooo rude. Name is Amanda. I dont think she knows what the word customer service means. Stay away from this place!
