This storage facility is modern, clean, safe, and well maintained. We have used a lot of storage facilities in the past due to our business, and I haven’t far had the best experience here. 3+ years ago we worked with Sara to find the perfect unit (for us, being as close as possible to an entry was paramount), and today I had the privilege to work with her again to move out. She helped get things cleaned up, and made sure we were able to get everything we needed safely packed in the truck. I’m only leaving this facility due to relocation, otherwise I’d happily stay as long as needed. I’d happily give more than 5* on this review due to the amazing and friendly customer service.

Sara is an excellent manager and keeps the facility very clean. I pay a little extra for climate control but it is well worth it. Other facilities in the area can not compare. Especially with onsite management Public Storage Rush Landing is cut above the rest.

Public Storage at Rush Landing is a super clean facility and is located conveniently. Sarah, the manager runs a tight ship, is always helpful, takes great care of the property and greets every client with a warm, positive, smile. When we had an issue with the corporate end of Public Storage, we were glad that they took it seriously. Initially, their approach was the standard robotic corporate response, but ultimately a reasonable human being addressed our concerns satisfactorily to ensure that we were happy clients.

We initially came to the storage site just to tour and check it out so we could find the best place for our needs, and as soon as we talked to Sara, we knew this was the safest option with the best customer service. She was very informative, answered all of our questions, and was extremely candid without trying to push anything on us. We ended up booking a space on the spot because of her great customer service. We moved in a few days later and it was as smooth as possible. The site itself is clean, quiet and safe!

This is definitely the best storage facility I have ever used. It is clean, well stocked, safe, and the rates are reasonable. The service is amazing. Sara is an absolute gem who goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome. She was very warm and personable and made this part of my move less stressful. She even remembered me a month later and where I was moving. I was a short term renter but if I ever have to store my belongings again, I will definitely come here!
