I was obsessing over the mobile app check-in experience. I picked-up my uhaul truck all on my own. The app guided me on how to do that. I inspected the vehicle, took pictures of any previous damages and uploaded them into the app.I didnt know a customer service representative was going call my contact person (although they did state it). So that was a hassle. Your contact person cannot be one of the drivers (that was not stated). But this has nothing to do with U-Haul in Norwich, therefore I did not remove a star. I can agree, however, this is a very impressive way to verify renters!What an AMAZING group of staff here; extremely helpful and friendly. I couldnt believe my eyes when a staff member came outside to take my keys after I was all set. He didnt have to do that. Thank you for being a part of my moving experience. I will never forget it!!
The vehicle was pretty banged up and U-Haul corporate took my reservation for a 26 ft truck but only a 20-foot truck was available so I needed to make two trips and pay extra mileage. The price for the 20-foot truck was still the same.
The staff are courteous and welcoming. They answer all your questions.
